Muhammad in the Quran, Vol. 1: Chapter 12

MUHAMMAD WANTED POWER

No matter how much Muhammad wanted respect and riches (riches at least for bribes), respect and women, reading the Quran, it is easy to see that his main wish and goal was power (but for his private life women). Worth remembering when Islam and Muslims claim Muhammad wanting nothing for himself, talking only about all the riches he got, but mainly spent for bribes to gain and keep followers, and for war, both for strengthening and enlarging his power. Muslims never mention that Muhammad spent enormous amounts for investment in his main goals: Respect, power - and women. Most he spent for buying or keeping followers (= power) and for financing raids/wars for more riches and power. Also his religion turned out to be a way for gaining power - actually it became his main platform of power. It is likely or at least possible he originally believed in Islam himself - something which may point to the theory about TLF (Temporal Lobe Epilepsy) - but it is as obvious that later he manipulated the religion for his personal purposes, f.x. turned Islam from quite peaceful the first 13 years, to a religion of thieving and war when he started to need warriors in Medina - and for solving his own family problems, etc.

Also here we pick just some samples.

¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤

###001 2/104b: "Say not (to the Messenger (Muhammad*)) words of ambiguous import, but words of respect - - -". Muhammad wanted respect. Power and respect (and women).

002 2/190a: "Fight in the cause of Allah - - -". A clear order. And a convenient order for Muhammad (and for his successors), as this here on Earth in reality meant "fight for Muhammad when he wants".

003 2/285k: "We (Muslims*) hear and we obey: - - -". It is worth remembering that the one they heard was Muhammad, and the one they had to obey was Muhammad. Very nice for Muhammad - a man liking power and respect.

004 3/32b: "Obey Allah and His Prophet (Muhammad*)". Muhammad's standard, but never proved mantra in a strengthened version - Muhammad is gluing himself to the god, plus demanding obedience (on Earth obeying Allah = obeying Muhammad). There are many, many like this in the Quran. Muhammad was self centered. - and selfish? Religion is a solid and trustworthy platform of power for its "prophet" normally - in any sect and religion.

005 3/132a: "And obey Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". A strengthened version of Muhammad's standard, but never proved mantra for gluing himself to his platform of power, Allah.

006 4/59b: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -." This is one of Muhammad's standard, but never proved mantras to glue himself to Allah and his platform of power - here in a strengthened version - doubly nice as "Obey Allah" on Earth = obey Muhammad. An interesting and often repeated order from Allah(?) - at least interesting for a man who obviously liked power (and respect). Self-centered. Selfish? - he could be mistaken for that now and then.

007 4/59e: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad*), and those charged with authority among you." A clear order from the god: Obey the authority.

#######################################

008 4/64a: "We sent not a Messenger (included Muhammad*) but to be obeyed - - -". Obey Muhammad! - no comment. Well, one: Jesus - and many other Biblical prophets - said "follow me", not "obey me". There is a fundamental difference here. But "obey me" gives more power.

#######################################

009 4/69a: "All who obey Allah and the Messenger (Muhammad*) (are liked by Allah*)". Double plus for Muhammad: Glue him to Allah + obey him. Strengthening the platform of power. Self-centered. Selfish? An extra point here - like many other places in the Quran - is that here on Earth the one they had to obey, was Muhammad, a nice situation for any leader wanting power.

010 4/115a: "If anyone contends with the Messenger (Muhammad*) even after guidance has been plainly conveyed to him (he ends in Hell*)". Disagree with Muhammad and you end in Hell! The perfect commandment for the total dictator.

011 5/7b: "- - - His Covenant, which He (Allah') ratified with you (Muslims*), when ye said: 'We hear and we obey'- - -". Once upon a time some Boers in South Africa made what they called a covenant with Yahweh/God. They promised that if Yahweh/God would help them, they would do so-and-so. What they over-looked was that a covenant must be agreed on by at least two parts; and as Yahweh/God was not an involved participant in an agreement about the case, they in reality only made promises, not a covenant. Is this something of the same? Another point: According to the Bible the god did not make any covenant with Ishmael and his descendants, only with Isaac and his line (1.Mos. 17/21). This even more so as in spite of Arabs' claims of being descendants of Ishmael, it is unlikely they are. For one thing and for what it is worth the Bible tells that Ishmael's descendants settled not in Arabia, but in vest Sinai "near the border of Egypt" (1. Mos. 25/18) where they became 12 tribes with "twelve tribal rulers" (1. Mos. 25/16) = the god's promise of making Ishmael's descendants mighty. But easier and more solidly proved: Modern DNA analyses have showed that the Arabs not are and never were a pure "race" - f.x. today's have a measurable percentage negro blood (mainly from imported female slaves). The original Arabs seems to have been people from here and there who settled first along the coasts and later in the desert something like 4ooo years ago (earlier in the coastal areas), partly because the introduction of tamed camels around that time made life in the desert a real possibility - though it only was used to a limited degree, and only in the south. (The camel did not come into wide use until around 1ooo - 900 BC modern science has found, and not introduced further north until around 800 BC, when the Assyrians stated trade with Arabia). And this mixed group has been even much more mixed up through the times, partly by traders and others passing through on the caravan "highways" crossing Arabia and leaving off-springs now and then - remember that before Islam, "the two delightful things" in Arabia were sex and alcohol - and also Arab traders bringing home brides from abroad. But perhaps the biggest source for foreign blood to further mix up and dilute the claimed race, was import of slaves from all around, both long before Muhammad and far more later. All the girl and women slaves were definitely not imported just for decoration, and the "pure Arab blood" never was much more than an illusion - originally started by Ishmael or not. (And in addition: Even if Ishmael had settled in Arabia, there also lived many others - so even if this had been true, only a small percent - less than 0.001 percent (= if there at that time lived only 100ooo men (+ women) in the entire Arabia) - of the Arab DNA could have been from Ishmael already at that time, and it would have been far more diluted by now.)

There is no rational or scientific reason for believing in the claim that the Arabs are descendants of Ishmael and Abraham - on the contrary: What knowledge which exists, makes the claim highly unlikely, and even if there should be a connection, it in case is an extremely diluted one. Also modern DNA science documents this.

012 5/92a: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". The mantra of Muhammad, here in a strong form - and a form very practical for a warlord (surah 5 is from 632 AD and he is not just a robber baron any more, but a warlord.) Obey Muhammad! Self centered. Selfish?

For a comparison: Jesus said: "Follow me", which is a long way from "Obey me".

013 8/1h: "- - - obey Allah and His Prophet (Muhammad*) - - -". A nice order for Muhammad, because here on Earth that in reality meant "obey Muhammad - completely (as he represent the god)". And Muhammad wanted raids for riches, etc. - a means to gain/buy power (and women).

For comparison: Jesus said "Follow me". There is an ocean between "Follow me" and "Obey me".

014 8/20c: "Obey Allah and His Prophet (Muhammad*) - - -". Perhaps the for Muhammad best version of his main slogan gluing him to his god and his platform of power; Self-centered. Selfish?

015 8/46a: "And obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". Likely the most valuable version of this mantra Muhammad often used in the Quran, if his wish was to make his followers obey himself. MANY other "prophets" have said and done similar things for that reason.

####Note how close Muhammad attaches himself to the power of his claimed god - in plain words: "Obey me - Muhammad". You find this many, many places in the Quran. Self-centered. Selfish? Power was the main thing Muhammad sought - and riches to gain more power. The Quran clearly indicates that power - and respect - meant even more for him than women. And he was eager for (young) women - willing ones and not willing ones - and at least one child.

***016 9/24a: “If (your closest family or closest relatives*) are dearer to you than Allah, or His Messenger (Muhammad*), or the striving (waging war*) in His (Allah’s*) cause - then wait until Allah brings his Decision (- he will punish you*)”. Islam is a religion of extremes. Nothing - NOTHING - can be permitted to mean more for you than Muhammad - and war for Islam - on this earth, and Allah in the possible next. This is as bad as Stalin, Hitler, Mao and Pol Pot at their most extreme. And friendly contacts - not to mention friendship - with non-Muslims are gigabytes on the way in direction of Hell.

017 9/108a: "Never stand thou (Muhammad*) forth therein". Muhammad should never lead the prayer in the competing mosque. If the Quran had been from a god, this would be an order to Muhammad not to accept a slightly divergent teaching. This is the intended meaning of it. But as the Quran is not from any god - too much is wrong in that book - this simply may be a part of a struggle for power.

018 9/120a: “It was not fitting for the people of Medina and the Bedouin Arabs of the neighborhood, to refuse to follow Allah’s Messenger (to wage war - it refers to the expedition to Tabuk*) - - - “. But it is fitting for Islam to steal and rob and kill end enslave and suppress.

And it was “fitting” to make Muhammad a powerful warlord.

Have you ever heard words like "self-centered" or "selfishness"?

What then about “let there be no compulsion in religion”? - or about religious wars? - not to mention what about honesty and "do unto others like you want others do unto you"? - the basic law behind all real inter-human morality. Not to mention: Can Jesus and Muhammad be in the same line of prophets - (they in case have to preach approximately the same truths, the same basic ideas and the same moral code). No answer necessary - and the same goes for "is Yahweh the same god as Allah"?

#019 18/5a: “No knowledge have they (the Christians*) of such a thing (that Yahweh may have a son*)”. Wrong. There is a lot of information in the Bible. Now of course Muhammad, the Quran, and Islam all declare that the Bible has been falsified - they have to, as that was the only way for Muhammad to explain the differences between his “quoting” the Bible and quoting of religious legends, fairy tales, etc., and the Bible proper (it also is common among religious sects or religions to say that other sects or religions have misunderstood or falsified information), and also between Islam and Christianity. But science clearly has shown that the Bible is not falsified - and Islam has shown it even clearer by not finding one single proved falsification in some 44ooo relevant manuscripts from before 610 AD.

There also is the fact that if Jesus was the son of the god, nobody would believe that Muhammad was the greatest ever of prophets. The claim that Jesus was such a son therefore undermined Muhammad's platform of power. Muhammad's drive for reducing Jesus may have been influenced by Muhammad's strongly monotheistic ideas, but his own wish for and drive for power may have been as strong a reason. (But here the fact that 19/19 tells that Jesus was holy, 19/33 that he was to die and be "raised up to life (again), and 4/158 that he was taken up to the god (alive) may be very relevant. Muhammad far from was a match for this.)

But the Quran is based only on what a single man said - only one man. A man who lived 600 years later, who brought not one single proof or witness - only claims and statements taken from nowhere and from legends and even fairy tales, etc. Also a man for whom it was essential (just read the Quran and see) to be the greatest of prophets, which meant he had to reduce Jesus. And a man who craved very much for power - once more; just read the Quran and see how he glues himself to his platform of power; his religion and the god of that religion - which meant that his teachings had to gain priority over other teachings. And a man telling he got his teachings directly from an omniscient god - which meant it was impossible to accept that there were mistakes in the teachings (a problem which today is a nightmare for Islamic scholars, because there very obviously are lots of mistakes, and it is difficult to find good enough ways of “explaining” the mistakes away, except for to people with no - or not enough - knowledge, or not able to think for themselves - - - or believing so strongly that they anyhow do not want to see facts that do not fit what they believe.) And not least: ####A man who accepted the use of dishonesty - and himself used dishonesty - as a working tool. We remind you of al-Taqiyya (the lawful lie), Kitman (the lawful half-truth), Hilah (the lawful pretending/circumventing), which are all founded on his words and principles, his use and acceptance of the use of deceit and even betrayal (f.x. his murdering of the peace delegation from Khaybar, and his lies in the Quran), and his acceptance of breaking of words/promises/oaths (2/225, 3/54 (if Allah can cheat, cheating is ok), 5/89, 16/91, 66/2). #########A man of this moral quality and reliability is the ONLY source Islam is built on.

Whereas the Bible is written by many different persons, and as for NT many of whom knew Jesus or his closest co-workers, the Disciples, and nearly all wrote at times when there still were thousands of witnesses alive who had personally heard and seen what Jesus said and did. And not least: Persons who had protested if what was written was wrong.

We do not say that the Bible is right. We even less say that all details in the Bible are right, as it is clear that some details are wrong also in the Bible, at least in Genesis (creating it all).

But there is no doubt that according to all rules for evaluating information, the Bible should be more reliable than the Quran. The OT is written some 1000 or more years earlier and consequently 1000 years or more closer to what happened, and also had at least a lot of verbal traditions to build on. And NT was written 450 – 600 before the Quran, and with lots and lots of witnesses to what had happened still alive when much of it was written. Muhammad on the other hand had few sources, and they were mixed up with fairy tales (like the Child Gospels, from which he f.x. has got the story of the bird Jesus made from clay) or so-called apocryphal gospels or books - all of which are proved to be made up or propaganda for sects, or - well - fairy tales. Ok, he said he got his information from a god - but that is very easy and very cheap to say - many a founder of many a sect or religion have said the same thing. And there is not a single proof - not one single - for it being true in the entire Quran, in spite of wishes and demands from both skeptics and followers. Questions which at best were answered with some fast-talk about what Allah could do if he wanted (but he never “wanted”) or claims that none of them would believe even if Allah sent real (supernatural) proofs (something any person who knows a little about people or about psychology knows is not true - supernatural proofs/wonders had made at least some believe. What is worse: Muhammad was a wise man who understood human nature - he had to know that he was lying each time he told just this). And do not forget: The glorified ideal Muhammad was in reality a highwayman and thief, an extorter, a rapist, a murderer and mass murderer, an enslaver, a warlord lusting for power and for wealth for bribes, and a warlord telling that “war is betrayal”, not to mention his al-Taqiyya (lawful lie) and Kitman (lawful half-truth).

There also is the fact that science knows some 13ooo scriptures or fragments with relation to the Bible or biblical circumstances. Plus 32ooo other manuscripts with references to/quotes from the Bible. All of these from before 610 AD = before there was any reason to falsify Muhammad or something out of the Bible - if he had ever been there. They all are in accordance with the modern Bible, and when they find that the translators of the Bible have misunderstood or not been quite exact enough, the translation of the Bible is corrected in later editions - one wants and strives for to have everything as correct as possible. In stark contrast: When Islam finds scriptures or fragments which are not quite the same as the 2 Qurans they use today (+ 4 a little used), the findings are denied and hidden - a star example is the many copies of the Quran found in Yemen in 1972; when it became clear that details - some of them of significance - were unlike what was written in the Quran(s) of today, scientists were denied access to them anymore.

Conclusion: Any student and any professor of history will say that according to normal rules for evaluation, the Bible is far more reliable than the Quran as a source for historical information. And any psychologist will confirm that Muhammad must have known he lied each and every time he said that (supernatural) proofs of Allah had made no-one believe in Allah anyhow. And more: No serious scientist uses information from the Quran from before 610 AD in his science - it is not reckoned to be reliable.

020 21/5c: "- - - he (Muhammad*) forged it (the Quran*)!" Also this is a real possibility - perhaps the most likely one. The many cases where Allah(?) supported his personal needs and his hunting for power and for that chase for women (f.x. Zaid's wife) may point to this - there are so many "prophets" through the times who have used similar methods like Muhammad, though the military power of the united Arab tribes gave him/his successors more success than the others - with a partly (but only partly) exception for Indonesia, Islam’s expansion was built on war and then suppression (or worse) afterwards of the ones who refused to become Muslims.

###021 24/51b: "The answer of the Believers, when summoned to Allah and His Messenger (= always to Muhammad in reality*) - - - is no other than this: they say, 'We hear and we obey'" - "der Fürer denkt für uns". (Nazi German for "the leader (Hitler) is thinking for us" - Islam sometimes has been compared to Nazism (f.x. C. G. Young).) This represents a mentality that does not only chill your spine, but makes it freeze. It took Europe and the West 300 years, long and hard mental and cultural strife, and several wars, included 2 world wars to get rid of this mentality. We do not need to have it introduced once more. And especially not on behalf of the leaders of a religion where central parts are seriously wrong and thus not from any god. Also see 24/51a just above.

022 24/52b: "It is such who obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) - - - that will win (in the end)". Win what? The world? Paradise? Everything? There is a possibility for everything, as it is a war religion - but Paradise is excepted because no god is behind the Quran and all its mistakes, and thus not behind Islam.

####Note how close Muhammad attaches himself to the power of his claimed god - in plain words: "Obey me - Muhammad". You find this many, many places in the Quran.

#######Also note how different this is from Jesus' "Follow me". One of the proofs for that Jesus and Muhammad were not in the same religion or line of prophets.

023 24/54a: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad - in real life always Muhammad*) - - -". See 24/48b and also see 24/51a and 24/51b above. A strengthened version of Muhammad’s standard, but never proved mantra for gluing himself to his god and thus to his platform of power; Self-centered. Selfish?

024 24/54c: "Obey - - -". One of the main duties for the Muslims was and is to obey - Allah and Muhammad = on Earth Muhammad and his successors. The demand for obedience is unabridged today.

025 24/54f: "If ye (Muslims*) obey him (Muhammad*), ye shall be on the right guidance." If Muhammad with his partly immoral ethical and moral codes (compare to "do unto others like you want others do unto you") represents right guidance, we will prefer never to meet anyone who represents wrong guidance.

026 24/56c: "- - - obey the Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". Muhammad demanded absolute obedience from his followers - in spite of his repeated claims that he demanded nothing from them for his preaching. A quite Fascistic, not to say Nazi point of view (also the same on the far left side politically, but Islam normally are compared to the far right ideologically).<`p>

027 24/62e: "- - - they (Muslims helping Muhammad*) do not depart until they have asked for his (Muhammad's*) leave - - -". Muhammad was to have the absolute control.

028 26/109a: "No reward do I (Noah*) ask of you (people*) for it (my preaching*) - - -". Another - and wrong - of Muhammad's mantras - see 26/108 just above. Muhammad demanded much from his followers; obedience, respect, women, riches for bribes and women, and total power.

029 33/36b: "It is not fitting for a Believer (Muslim*) - - - when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger, to have any option about their decision - - -". (YA3721): "We (Muslims*) must not put our own wisdom in competition with Allah's wisdom." If a Muslim knows something is wrong in the Quran, he shall all the same believe what the Quran - a book full of wrong facts, other errors, contradictions, etc. - says(!!). No comment - and not one single one necessary!!

Not less serious: At the time of Muhammad obedience to Allah = obedience to Muhammad. Total obedience is nice for any dictator. This even more so if the Quran and/or Allah are made up - and at least the Quran and all its errors, etc. is not from any god. No further comment necessary on these facts, too.

(YA3721 again): "We (Muslims*) must not put our own wisdom in competition with Allah's wisdom." But that is just what Islam and Muslims are doing when they claim they can explain better than Allah himself, when they claim that they explain what Allah really meant (when quranic texts are in error).

030 33/71j: "- - - he that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest Achievement". As Muhammad was the only one of these two the people met, these were the sweetest possible words for Muhammad's lust for power - and for any dictator's such lust.

031 36/21a: "Obey those who ask no reward of you (for themselves) - - -". This is reflecting Muhammad's often repeated, but very wrong claim that he demanded nothing from his followers. He demanded much - extremely much - included their lives, total power, huge fortunes to use as gifts/bribes to attract and keep followers, respect, lots of women, etc. Persons like Jesus and Buddha really claimed nothing for themselves, and there is an irony in that if Muslims are to follow verses like this in the Quran, they cannot follow Muhammad but have to follow f.x. one of the two mentioned.

032 36/20b: "Obey the messengers - - -". Not obey the god, but obey the messengers - just Muhammad's message here on Earth, as to obey Allah on Earth in reality meant to obey Muhammad.

033 47/21c: "- - - true to Allah". Not possible unless he exists and is something supernatural. If he does not exist, one only is cheating oneself - - - and giving power to Muhammad and later to one or more leaders. If he on top belongs to the dark forces, one also is cheating oneself, and likely with an even worse result.

#####034 47/31d: This verse - and quite a number of others - does not give meaning if Allah is omniscient and knows everything. If he is omniscient, he also knows everything about you. Not to mention if he on top of all predestines everything, so that you just are a puppet in a puppet theatre reacting to his Plan only.

But if this is Muhammad needing an explanation for why he sends warriors out to steal and enslave and enlarge his power, then suddenly tales like these are logical - if his followers were naive enough or blind enough.

#####035 48/10b: A STRONG ONE FOR MUHAMMAD: "Verily those who plight their fealty to thee (Muhammad*) do no less than plight their fealty to Allah - - -". No comment necessary - on Earth Muhammad is the stand in for Allah: Power to Muhammad!

#####036 48/10d: ANOTHER STRONG ONE FOR MUHAMMAD: "- - - then anyone who violates his oath (to Muhammad - see 48/10b above*), do so to the harm of his own soul, and anyone who fulfils what he has covenanted with Allah (in reality with Muhammad*) - Allah will soon grant him a great Reward (free of charge for Muhammad*)". No comment should be necessary here, except; "no payment does Muhammad ask for his preaching" - a square lie (he demanded 20% of everything robbed/stolen - 100% if the victims gave in without a fight - some 2.5% tax from Muslims and Jizya (tax of unspecified size, plus often land tax (often 50% of what was produced)) from non-Muslims. Of course all was in the name of Allah, but here on Earth all those riches were for Muhammad - he spent the better part of it for bribes and for war). Hypocrisies also are lies.

037 49/15a: “Only those are Believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". You are no Muslim unless you also believe in Muhammad - no matter how doubtful a person even central Islamic literature proves he is behind the glorious words. Nice at least for Muhammad - good glue to glue him to his platform of power; his god and his religion. (A good platform for many a self proclaimed prophet through the times.)

This sentence also is a much strengthened version of Muhammad's standard mantra to glue himself to his god and platform of power.

038 24/63a: "“Deem not the summons of the Messenger (Muhammad*) among yourself like the summons of one of you to another - - -". Muhammad not only wanted power and obedience, but also respect.

039 26/109a: "No reward do I (Noah*) ask of you (people*) for it (my preaching*) - - -". Another - and wrong - of Muhammad's mantras - see 26/108 just above. Muhammad demanded much from his followers; obedience, respect, women, riches for bribes and women, and total power.

040 26/108: "(Noah said*) So fear Allah, and obey me". This was one of Muhammad's mantras, and then it was psychologically wise to make it "clear" that this was normal for prophets to say - though you do not find it in the Bible concerning Noah, and also not concerning many Biblical known, "real prophets". A very nice slogan for any dictator.

Two points: Noah said nothing like this in the Bible. And Jesus did not say "obey me", but "follow me" - there are miles between those two expressions.

041 33/22h: "- - - their zeal in obedience". Glorify obedience and it induces willingness to obedience in naive minds - a psychologically good phrase if Muhammad wanted obedience. Leaders often do - and dictators more than others.

#####042 33/36a: "It is not fitting for a Believer (Muslim*) - - - when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger, to have any option about their decision - - -". Full control - absolute power - no thinking, only obedience. The ultimate dream for any dictator. One extra point here is that in reality it was Muhammad who made the decisions here on Earth - not even Muhammad claimed he got all details dictated from Allah. And the final touch: As no god dictated the Quran - too much mistakes, contradictions, etc. - then who in reality dictated here that one should obey among others - and the only one on Earth - Muhammad absolutely blindly?

####Note how close Muhammad attaches himself to the power of his claimed god - in plain words: "Obey me - Muhammad". You find this many, many places in the Quran. Power was the main thing Muhammad sought - and riches to gain more power. The Quran clearly indicates that power - and respect - meant even more for him than women. And he was eager for (young) women - willing ones and not willing ones - and at least one child.

043 33/36b: "It is not fitting for a Believer (Muslim*) - - - when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger, to have any option about their decision - - -".

044 33/36h: "- - - (if) anyone disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he is indeed on a clearly wrong path." In plain words: If anyone here on Earth disobeys Muhammad, he will end in Hell. The ultimate dictatorship.

045 33/66c: "Would that we (non-Muslims*) had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger (Muhammad*)". In a religion it really should be enough to obey the god - which should have been what counted. But one also had to obey Muhammad. A bit thought provoking when you know this is a mannerism followed by many false prophets. Jesus instead said "follow me" - yet another indication for that Jesus and Muhammad did not belong to the same religion.

046 33/71f: "- - - he that obeys Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*), has already achieved the highest Achievement". No comment - except: Good psychology if the listeners are naive, uneducated or in more or less blind belief. At least if the real purpose is "Power to Muhammad".

047 33/71j: "- - - he that obeys Allah and His Messenger, has already attained the highest Achievement". As Muhammad was the only one of these two the people met, these were the sweetest possible words for Muhammad's lust for power - and for any dictator's such lust.

###048 34/47b: “No reward do I (Muhammad*) ask of you - - -“. - - - except absolute power and plenty of women. Yes, and 20% of all stolen/looted valuables and slaves – 100% if there is no fight – and poor-tax (on average ca. 2.5% of everything you own each and every year, but up to 10%) as I need money for bribes, for strengthening my religion and platform of power, and for war and myself and my large family (NB: There is reason to believe that he did not take from the so-called "poor-tax" (the 2.5%) for personal use*), and some for the poor.

049 36/21a: "Obey those who ask no reward of you (for themselves) - - -".

050 47/20-21: "- - - more fitting for them (the ones not wanting to go to war*) were it to obey - - -". Obey whom? Allah, of course! - which here on Earth meant obeying Muhammad. A nice sentence for any dictator.

051 47/21a: “- - - it were best for them (the ones not strong in belief*) if they were true to Allah (= war).” That also is best also for you. But what did following the Quran mean? As it is not from a god, it does not mean being true to any god. True to dark forces? - or to men? - or to the robber baron and later warlord Muhammad?

052 47/33b: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". Muhammad's standard, but never proved mantra to glue himself to his platform of power - here the mantra is in a very clear form.

#####053 48/10d: ANOTHER STRONG ONE FOR MUHAMMAD: "- - - then anyone who violates his oath (to Muhammad - see 48/10b above*), do so to the harm of his own soul, and anyone who fulfils what he has covenanted with Allah (in reality with Muhammad*) - Allah will soon grant him a great Reward (free of charge for Muhammad*)". No comment should be necessary here, except; "no payment does Muhammad ask for his preaching" - a square lie (he demanded 20% of everything robbed/stolen - 100% if the victims gave in without a fight - some 2.5% tax from Muslims and Jizya (tax of unspecified size, but often harsh) from non-Muslims. Plus land tax from people renting land from him - often 50% of what was produced) from non-Muslims. Of course all was in the name of Allah, but here on Earth all those riches were for Muhammad - he spent the better part of it for bribes and for war). Hypocrisies also are lies.

And: Obedience and service also is payment.

***054 48/16f: "Then if ye (in this case desert Arabs reluctant to take part in raids*) show obedience, Allah will grant you a goodly reward - - -". Obedience to whom? - here on Earth in reality to Muhammad, and for a reward costing Muhammad exactly nothing but some words free of charge. The dream position for a Hitler, a Stalin, a Mao, a Papa Doc, a Kim Il Sung, any dictator wanting absolute and total power and obedience. Religion disused is the ultimate platform of power.

And what goodly reward? The never proved promise about a place in Paradise and permission to steal, rape, extort, and take slaves. The tragedies this meant for other humans NEVER - then or today - is mentioned. ###Islam is an extremely self centered and selfish religion. This is even more sinister as the religion highly likely is a made up pagan one, as no god would deliver a "holy" book of a quality like the Quran.

055 48/17d: "- - - obeys Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". A strengthened version of Muhammad's standard, but never proved mantra for gluing himself to Allah, his platform of power; Self-centered. Selfish?

####Note how close Muhammad attaches himself to the power of his claimed god - in plain words: "Obey me - Muhammad". You find this many, many places in the Quran. Power was the main thing Muhammad sought - and riches to gain more power. The Quran clearly indicates that power - and respect - meant even more for him than women. And he was eager for (young) women - willing ones and not willing ones - and at least one child.

056 49/1-5: How to behave towards "Allah and His Messenger Muhammad" - here on Earth in practice towards Muhammad. In addition to power, Muhammad liked respect. For a busy leader it also might be practical to restrict admission some.

057 49/3b: "Those (ordinary Muslims*) that lower their voices before Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) - - - for them is Forgiveness and a great Reward". No comment necessary. Except see 49/1b-c above.

058 49/14d: "- - - if ye (desert Arabs) obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". A nice small condition - especially as here on Earth that meant: "If ye obey me, Muhammad".(Also on this point there is a great difference between Jesus and Muhammad. Jesus said "Follow me", Muhammad said "Obey me")

##########059 49/15b: “Only those are Believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*), and have never since doubted, but have striven with their belongings and their persons (= made war*) in the Cause of Allah - - -.” Use your wealth and your life in war for Muhammad/Allah – only then you are a real Muslim. A clear message.

###But how could anybody believe in Muhammad before he was born or started his mission? ########How then could there be Muslims before the time of Muhammad, if only the ones who believed in both Allah and Muhammad are Muslims? Is Muhammad the main person also in "the Mother of the Book" (13/39b, 43/4b-c above, and 85/21-22 below) and thus the main person in the Book Allah reveres (according to Islam - "high in esteem" according to 43/4b-c above), and thus in the copies sent to all the earlier claimed prophets and messengers in spite of that nobody then would understand who the book was talking about?

060 58/5b: "Those who resist Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*) will be humbled to dust - - -". This only could come true if Allah exists, and if in that case he had power to humble people all over the world in his name. Or Muhammad could rise to enough power to humble people in the name of his god, but then only in the area where he gained power. History has showed that people only were humbled - or killed - in the areas where Muhammad and his followers gained power or at least some power.

##061 58/9b: "- - - disobedience to the Messenger (Muhammad*)- - -". This is one of the places in the Quran where Muhammad makes a slip and indirectly admits that - at least sometimes - it is Muhammad and not necessarily Allah you shall obey.

062 58/13d: "- - - obey Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad*)". A strengthened version of Muhammad's standard, but never proved mantra for attaching himself to his source of power; his religion and his god.

063 61/11b: “That ye (people*) believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive (your utmost) ("strive" in the Quran normally means take part in raids or war*)in the cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: that will be best for you, if ye but knew!” War agitation. The real “Religion of Peace.”

###064 63/1e: “- - - thou (Muhammad*) art indeed His (Allah’s*) Messenger - - -.” Well, the Quran says so – but very much of what is said in the Quran obviously is wrong. And can a man claiming to be bringing rather ok and moral messages for 13 years, and then highly immoral and inhuman messages for 10 years (Islam changed much in and after 622 AD and the flight to Medina) to man – and using the messages as his platform of power – really be the messenger of a timeless and benevolent god? Does an eternal and omniscient god change his mind and his religion that much in some months? If not, Muhammad was no real messenger.

065 64/12a: "So obey Allah, and obey his Messenger (Muhammad*) - - -". A strengthened version of Muhammad's mantra to glue himself to supreme power. But a very nice slogan for Muhammad, as here on Earth to obey Allah was identical to obeying Muhammad - and the other way around.

Also each time the Quran orders people to obey Muhammad is a proof for that Jesus and Muhammad were not similar - Jesus normally said "follow me", not “obey me". There is a great distinction between those two expressions.

066 64/16b: "- - - listen and obey - - -" - the duty of any Muslim. And whom to obey on this Earth? - Muhammad (and his successors) of course.

067 71/3b: "- - - fear Him (Allah*) and obey me (Noah*) - - -". This was one of Muhammad's demands, and then it was good psychology that other claimed prophets said the same - in the Quran even Jesus said this according to Muhammad, even though he normally just said "follow me", not "obey me" - something very different - according to NT. One more indication for that those two were not in the same religion. Also see 71/1-20 above.

068 74/6a: "Nor expect, in giving, any increase for thyself (Muhammad*)!" This is an easy claim, and a claim followed up by Islam, telling how poorly Muhammad lived and how little his family inherited after him. They normally never mention that the reason why his family inherited so little, was that he had said that what he owned should go to the religion, not to his family. He at least had 3 estates (in Medina, Fadaq, and Khaybar), and each of his long time wives had her own house (though possibly small ones) according to Hadiths. His daughter Fatima fought the first caliph, Abu Bakr, the rest of her short life to get the inheritance after her father - also never mentioned by Muslims. It also takes a good increase in wealth to run a family with 10 longtime wives (1 - Khadijah - was dead) + concubines + short time wives + others (one knows the name of 11 long time wives, 16 short time wives, 2 concubines and 7 where one does not know whether was married to him or not = 36 all together - see the chapter about Muhammad and his women in http://www.1000mistakes.com .)

But the real increase was his increase in power - parts of it built on rich bribes stolen from the surroundings.

069 77/39: (YA5882): "The plots against the Prophet were plots against Allah's Truth (wrong - even if a person is killed, it does not change a real truth*), and therefore against Allah”. It hardly is news that Muhammad was more or less identical to Allah on Earth.
