1000+ Comments on the Quran: Surah 40 -- AL-GHAFIR (The Forgiver, God)

Revelation: Mecca, 616 - 618 AD.

(See general comments on Surahs here: Introduction)

The quotes and comments

001 "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful". Please read the surahs from Medina, the immoral parts of the Muslim moral code, the unjust/immoral parts of sharia, and the Quran's rules for lying, thieving/looting, enslaving, raids and wars, plus the rules for treatment of girls and women - free and captured - and see if you agree. Always when there is a distance between words and corresponding demands and deeds, we personally believe in the demands and deeds. Glorious words are cheap, demands and deeds are reliable. Glorifying words and claims are too cheap for anyone to use and disuse - when you read, judge from realities, not from propaganda.

002 40/1: "Ha Mim". This is two Arab letters. Many surahs starts with such letter, called abbreviated letters. Mostly they have no meaning, and in the cases where they may be have a meaning, the possible meaning has no relevance to the contents of the surah. Clear language in the Quran?

003 40/2a: "The revelation of this Book (the Quran*) - - -", The Quran claims to be a series of revelations from Allah. This is one of the many never proved claims in the Quran, and the claim is highly dubious - or more: No god ever reveled a book with so many mistaken facts, contradictions, cases of invalid logic, cases of unclear language, etc. Islam will have to produce proofs for that it really is a revelation to make realists believe it. And not least: They will have to prove who in case revealed it - as said; no god revealed anything of a quality like the Quran. (Islam claims the Quran is top literature. You have to know very little about literature to be able to believe that.)

004 40/2b: “- - - this Book (the Quran*) is from Allah -”. Se 38/29a-d, 39/41b-f and 40/2a above.

005 40/2c: "- - - (Allah is*) Exalted in Power - - -". This is a frequently repeated, but never proved claim in the Quran.

006 40/2d: “- - - (Allah is*) full of Knowledge - - -”. Not if he sent down the Quran. See 38/29.

007 40/2e: "- - - Knowledge - - -". See 26/83a above.

008 40/3a: "(Allah*) forgiveth Sins - - -". Only 2 can forgive sins - the victim and a god. This sentence is not true unless Allah exists and is a god.

009 40/3b: "- - - Sins - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code. We also may mention that just this word often covers very different deeds, acts, words, and thoughts in the Quran and Islam, than in more normal religions (Islam is a religion of war - in spite of its loud slogans), not to mention how much its meaning in the Quran often differs from the basic of all human moral; "do against others like you want others do against you". Read the surahs from Medina and weep.

One small remark: As Yahweh's religion and f.x. moral code at many points are totally different from Allah's, you may qualify for Yahweh's Paradise even if Muslims condemn you to Hell - if both exist. One more of the 100% proofs for that Yahweh and Allah are not the same god.

010 40/3c: "(Allah*) accepteth Repentance - - -". See 40/3a just above.

011 40/3d: "(Allah*) is Strict in Punishment - - -". See 3/77b above.

012 40/3e: "- - - (Allah*) hath a Long Reach (in all things)." Similar often claimed in the Quran, but never proved anywhere. Many claims, not one proved case.

013 40/3f: "There is no god but He (Allah*) - - -". Even omitting all other gods claimed to exist, there is the problem with Yahweh. Both the Quran and the Bible claim that this originally Jewish god exists - even though the Quran mix him with Allah. The teachings of Yahweh and Allah are fundamentally so different that it is clear the Muhammad's, Islam's, and the Quran's never documented claim that the two are the same god, is wrong. If there is only one god, which of the two - if any do exist? (There are no proofs at all for the existence of Allah whereas both the Quran and the Bible tell that Yahweh - partly via Jesus - performed many miracles. If thus one of those two books tells the truth on this point, it is proved that something supernatural took place connected to the Jewish god Yahweh.) Also see 2/255a, 6/106b, 25/18a above

014 40/3h: "- - - to Him (Allah*) is the Final Goal." This is a much repeated claim in the Quran - in different words. But how reliable is a book with hundreds and more of mistakes, claiming to be from a god, but clearly not so as no god makes such and so many errors, contradictions, etc. - and only dictated by a man of doubtful morality? This also is a claim used by all religions - as long as no proofs are necessary, any preacher can use it free of charge, as words are that cheap.

015 40/3i: "- - - to Him (Allah*) is the Final Goal." Contradicted by among others the Bible, which claims the final goal is Yahweh, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

016 40/4a: “None can dispute about the Signs of Allah but the Unbelievers”. This may be absolutely correct, though the correct expression may be "are permitted to" not "can":

It is a reason for social extrication in Muslim societies to doubt any word in the Quran.

It is a reason for imprisonment in some Muslim countries to doubt too much or deny belief in the Quran. (March 2008: A woman in Malaysia, Kamariah Ali, was just (2007? AD) sentenced to 2 years of prison for being inconsistent with Islam. The judge, Mohammad Abdullah, told she had committed a grave offence, and that the sentence was in the public interest.)

It is a good reason in some countries and in some societies for being murdered by Muslims if you express too much doubt in the Quran, not to mention in Muhammad - the weak link in the religion (the only claimed witness and not a very holy character).

It still is a reason for death penalty - official or unofficial - in some Muslim areas to doubt too much in the Quran, not to mention to want to leave Islam.

Your marriage is automatically void and ended the moment a Muslim leaves Islam - and not everyone wants to lose his wife or her husband or the mother or father of their children (not to mention lose their children).

Even for non-Muslims it is dangerous to doubt the signs and the Quran - they may be murdered. Islam do not trust the power of the word - with a reason, thinking about all the mistakes and invalid statements, “signs” and “proofs”, etc. in the Quran - and resort to murder. It is better to believe in the never proved religion of the fathers, than to try to find out if it really is true. Like Islam says when “hunting” for proselytes: It is difficult to question your (heathen*) deepest beliefs and what you were imprinted as a child". They forget that this also goes for Muslims: Better not to control if what you believe in is right or wrong - and to run the risk of not finding the right religion (if one exists) in time, if Islam is wrong.

Yes, many places only non-Muslims can - or actually are permitted to - discuss or dispute the signs of Islam. And even for us it is so dangerous, that this book cannot be printed unless the printer is very brave, in spite of the book being very down-to-earth and based entirely on the Quran and other central Islamic literature + correct scientific knowledge.

*017 40/4b: “None can dispute about the Signs of Allah but the Unbelievers”. Wrong in reality - they can, but only are not permitted to. There is no reason why it is not possible for Muslims to discuss them, too, except religious ideas and prohibitions. And they should do so, as none of the religious claims in the Quran are valid proofs (they rest on thin air or unproven claims or statements) of Allah. A few taken from the Bible may prove Yahweh, but absolutely none proves or even indicates Allah. They f.x. can be used by any priest in any religion about his god(s).

018 40/4c: “- - - the Signs of Allah - - -”. The presumed signs (=indications or proofs) of Allah are indicated to be manifested realities, even though not a single one of them is proved – to dispute the “signs” means you are an unbeliever. Also see 3/39b above.

019 40/4d: "- - - Unbelievers - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

020 40/4e: "Let not, then, their strutting about through the land deceive thee (Muslim*)!" Who is normally the deceiver - the one who demands blind belief or the one who asks you to check if claims and claimed facts can be true?

021 40/5a: "- - - (the Signs) - - -". See 3/39b or 40/4c above.

022 40/5b: "- - - Noah - - -". A historical anomaly.

023 40/5c: "- - - the Confederates (of Evil) - - -". These are listed in 38/12-13 - but read our comments; as it is some "confederation"! (living thousands of years and may be 1000 miles apart).

024 40/5d: "- - - (- - - Evil) - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral and ethical codes.

025 40/5e: "- - - every People plotted against their prophet - - -". This is in no way documented. Even the Jews, who became infamous on this point, only plotted against some of its prophets. But this was said around 616 - 618 AD - Muhammad was not well liked in Mecca, and by telling his followers that this was normal for prophets, he could pretend to be a normal prophet.

026 40/5f: "- - - every People plotted against their prophet - - -". The Quran claims that every people at all times and all over the world had at least one prophet from Allah, teaching Islam - Hadiths mention 124ooo through the times, and even that number may be too low.. Neither science nor Islam has been able to find any kind of traces from any of them, older than 610 AD when Muhammad started his new religion. (This verse in reality is part of a pep-talk to Muhammad's followers in a difficult time (the surah is from ca. 616 - 618 AD) - and also "showing" that Muhammad's problems were normal for prophets, and thus that Muhammad was a normal prophet).

027 40/5g: "- - - condemn the Truth - - -". The correct expression may have been "condemn what they saw was not the truth" - much is wrong in the Quran.

028 40/5h: "- - - the Truth - - -". With so much wrong, the Quran at best is partly the truth. No mistakes becomes more correct because of the claim that is the truth is repeated many times - but often it may cheat some people to start believing it is the truth, anyhow. Also see 13/1g above and 40/75 below.

029 40/5i: "And how (terrible) was My (Allah's*) Requital!" See 3/77b above.

030 40/5j: "And how (terrible) was My (Allah's*) Requital!" Impossible if Allah did not exist and was something supernatural - but beware that he could punish even if he in case belonged/-s to the dark forces.

031 40/6a: "Thus was the Decree of thy Lord proved true against the Unbelievers - - -". This is a really heavy one, as the words of Allah have never - never to this day - been proved true. This simply is an invalid bluff - invalid and bluff because it was never proved that it really was Allah who did what is told about in 40/5 which this refers to. Without such a proof (f. x. Noah was in contact with Yahweh, not with Allah if nothing else is proved, "the Confederates (of Evil)" cannot have been confederates - too distant in place and time - etc.), the claimed incidents are utterly invalid for proofs for anything concerning Allah - any other god can claim to have done it - - - and in reality it even can have been the nature which did it (if it at all happened). Simply a bluff - and who has to rely on bluffs? - mostly cheats and deceivers. Then who made the Quran?

032 40/6b: "- - - proved true - - -". In a book with so much wrong like the Quran, expressions like this cannot be accepted at face value, unless accompanied by real proofs.

033 40/6c: "- - - Unbelievers - - -". Non-Muslims.

034 40/6d: "- - - truly - - -". Similar to 40/6b above. Also see 2/2b above.

035 40/6e: "- - - truly they (non-Muslims*) are the companions of the Fire!". Not if they believe in a real god - f.x. Yahweh if he is real like both the Bible and the Quran claims (though the Quran wrongly mix him with Allah*). And especially not so if Allah is a made up god, like all the mistakes in the Quran indicate - no god ever was behind something so full of errors, etc.

036 40/6f: "- - - companions of the Fire". Persons destined for Hell".

037 40/6g: "- - - the Fire". Hell.

038 40/7a: "Those who sustains the Throne (of Allah) - - -". The Muslims.

039 40/7b: "- - - implore Forgiveness (from Allah*) - - -". Allah can forgive nobody, unless he exists and is a god.

040 40/7c: "- - - those who believe - - -". Muslims.

041 40/7d: "Thy (Allah's*) Reach is over all things - - -" = Greater than everybody else’s.

042 40/7e: "- - - (Allah is the greatest in) Mercy - - -". Read the surahs from Medina, the dark parts of the Quran's moral code, and the unjust parts of the sharia laws, and see if you agree.

043 40/7f: "- - - (Allah is the greatest in) Knowledge". Not if he made the Quran - far too much is wrong.

044 40/7g: "- - - Knowledge - - -". See 26/83a above.

045 40/7h: "Forgive - - -". Only 2 can forgive: The victim and a god. Thus Allah can forgive only if he for one thing exists and for another if he is a victim or a god.

046 40/7i: "- - - Thy (Allah's*) Path - - -". The road to the Quran's Paradise. Also see 10/9f above.

047 40/7j: "- - - the Penalty of the Blazing Fire - - -". See 3/77b above.

047 40/7k: "- - - the Blazing Fire". Hell.

049 40/8a: “And grant our Lord (Allah*), that they (Muslims*) enter the Gardens of Eternity, which Thou hast promised to them, and to the righteous among their fathers, their wives, and their posterity (descendants*)!” Good and well, but here the Quran runs into a mathematical and practical impossibility. Your father and wives are ok. But your children and their children (because your sons have the same promise), and their sons, and their sons, and their sons... It will be quite a melee after 1000 generations.

050 40/8b: "- - - the Gardens of Eternity - - -". Paradise. Also see 10/9f above.

051 40/8c: "- - - Eternity - - -". But 11/108c indicates that the Quran's paradise may not be quite for eternity - Muslim scholar are unable to explain what in case will happen - they guess, but that is it.

052 40/8d: "- - - the righteous - - -". Muslims.

053 40/8e: "- - - righteous - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral and ethical codes.

054 40/8f: "(Allah is*) the Exalted in Might - - -". At least he has never clearly proved his might.

055 40/8g: “- - - (Allah is*) Full of Wisdom.” Not if he sent down the Quran. See 38/29.

056 40/9a: "- - - preserve them (Muslims*) from ills that Day (the Day of Doom*)". = Preserve them from Hell at the Day of Doom and send them to Paradise.

057 40/9b: "- - - indeed - - -". See 2/2b above.

058 40/9c: "- - - truly - - -". Similar to 40/6b above. Also see 2/2b above.

059 40/9d: "- - - the highest Achievement". To be admitted to the Quran's paradise. But we are back to the old fact: There is not one proof for its existence - only the word of a dubious man who had a lot to gain from making people believe in him and his new religion. Also see 10/9f above.

060 40/10a: "- - - Unbelievers - - -". Non-Muslims.

061 40/10b: "- - - ye (non-Muslims*) were called to the Faith - - -". Yes, but all the mistakes in the Quran shows that it was a faith with much wrong in it at best, and thus clearly not from a god.

062 40/10c: "- - - the Faith - - -". Islam.

063 40/11a: "- - - twice hast Thou (Allah*) given us life!" See 6/2b, 11/7a and 21/56c for creation/1. life and 7/158i for resurrection.

064 40/11b: "- - - our sins - - -".

065 40/12a: "- - - Allah was invoked as the Only (object of worship) - - -". See 2/255a, 6/106b, and 25/18a above.

066 40/12b: "- - - Allah was invoked as the Only (object of worship), ye (non-Muslims*) did reject Faith (Islam*) - - -". Many had a very good reason for that: They saw that things were seriously wrong in the new religion. And an essential point here is that they not only did not believe in Muhammad, but were so sure that things were wrong, that they refused to bow to him even at horrible costs, included for many their lives.

067 40/12c: "- - - Faith - - -". Islam.

068 40/12d: "- - - when partners (other gods*) were joined to Him (Allah*) - - -". See 25/18a above.

069 40/12e: "The command is with Allah - - -". Similar often claimed in the Quran, but never proved.

070 40/12f: "- - - Allah, most High, Most Great". Is he really if the Quran is not from a god, and very much of the claims and claimed information in reality are unreliable or wrong?

071 40/13a: “- - - His (Allah's*) Signs - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

072 40/13b: "(Allah*) sendeth down Sustenance (in this case rain*) to you from the sky - - -". One of the many, many places in the Quran where Muhammad claims - always without any proof - a natural phenomenon as glorification and proof for his god - - - just as easily and cheaply as any believer in any religion claims just the same phenomena for his god(s), as long as he can flee from the questions of proofs or evade such questions with the glorification of blind belief - the cheapest of all money for swindlers, deceivers, etc. Also see 11/7a above.

073 40/13c: "- - - only those receive admonition who turns (to Allah)". This only can be true if Allah exists, is a major god and if at the same time no other god exists - f.x. Yahweh whom both the Bible and the Quran claims exists (even though the Quran mistakenly mixes him with Allah - their teachings are fundamentally too different for them to be the same god).

074 40/14a: "Call ye (Muslims*), then, upon Allah with sincere devotion to Him - - -". First one perhaps should find out if there are chances for that he exists? - and that he in case is a god?

075 40/14b: "- - - Unbelievers - - -". Non-Muslims.

076 40/15a: (A40/11 – in English 2008 edition A40/12) (translated from Swedish): “Raised high above ranks (or degrees), (He (Allah*) is) the Lord - - -.” Literal meaning: “He of the throne of the almightiness - - -.” Alternative meaning according to A. Yusuf Ali “The Meaning of the Glorious Quran”, note 4376 “He that raises his created beings to high esteem (in the realm of the spirits).” If you look through all the Quran, you find lots and lots of such varieties made from unclear language.

077 40/15b: "- - - (He (Allah*) is the Lord of the Throne (of Authority) - - -". One of the many, many never proved claims in the Quran.

078 40/15c: "- - - (He (Allah*) is the Lord of the Throne (of Authority) - - -". According to the Bible that throne belongs to Yahweh, not to Allah.

079 40/15d: "- - - the spirit (of inspiration) - - -". Muhammad claimed he got his information from his god by means of inspiration, and many places in the Quran you find he claims all other prophets received their information the same way - which in case would make Muhammad’s claim that he himself got it by inspiration, a normal way of divine communication, and thus Muhammad a normal prophet. As far as we can find the word "inspiration" is not used in such connections anywhere in the Bible, and thus not normal for Biblical prophets.

080 40/15e: "- - - His (Allah's*) servants - - -". This expression can have at least 3-4 different meanings in the claimed clear and easy to understand language of the Quran. Here it seems to mean Muslims simply.

081 40/15f: "- - - the Day of Mutual Meeting - - -". The Day of Doom.

082 40/16a: "The Day when they (the dead ones*) will (all) come forth - - -". The Day of Doom.

083 40/16b: "- - - not a single thing concerning them will be hidden from Allah". Why then does Allah need witnesses that day? And why does he need to test even his followers when he will know everything anyhow? See 2/233h above.</>

084 40/16c: "Whose will be the Dominion that Day? That of Allah - - -". Similar often claimed in the Quran, but never proved. You find similar claims in most religions - unproved words are that cheap.

##085 40/16d: "Whose will be the Dominion that Day? That of Allah - - -". Contradicted by the Bible which tells that day will be the day of Yahweh, not of Allah. But of course it is ok if Islam proves - proves, not just claims - that the Quran is right. Just like it is ok for them to do all the other places where the Bible and the Quran differs: It is ok for them to prove - but to prove, not just to throw around cheap, loose claims and words - the Quran right.

096 40/16e: "- - - Allah, the One - - -". See 2/255a and 6/106b above.

087 40/16f: "- - - Allah, - - - the Irresistible!" Similar claims are legion in the Quran - but never anything but claims.

088 40/17a: "That Day - - -". The Day of Doom.

089 40/17b: "- - - no unjustice will there be that Day (the Day of Doom*) - - -". Wrong: There is no honest justice between the mediocre sins of most sinners, and the devilish and sadistic and everlasting punishment they will receive.

090 40/17c: "- - - no unjustice will there be that Day (the Day of Doom*) - - -". Wrong: If Allah has predestined everything you have done, like the Quran clearly and many places claims, there is nothing but the most horrible injustice in judging "sinners" to Hell. (Both the Quran, Islam and all Muslims try to claim man has free will in addition to Allah's total predestination, but in the immaterial realms of life there are things impossible even for an omniscient and omnipotent god, and to combine total predestination with free or even partly free will for man, is one of them - the laws of chaos sees to that. Also Islam is unable to explain this claimed combination.

091 40/17d: "- - - Allah is Swift in taking account". If he exists, if he is a god, and if the Quran has described him correctly.

0092 40/18a: "- - - the Day - - -". The Day of Doom.

0093 40/18b: "- - - the Day is (ever) drawing near - - -". Here Muhammad is using a standard trick form religious leaders: "We cannot tell when the Day of Doom will come, but stay in line, because may be it is close!"

094 40/18c: "- - - no intimate friend or intercessor will the wrongdoers have - - -". Here we are back to the fundamental fact that there on many points are huge differences between who are wrongdoers according to the Quran - f.x. the ones not wanting to steal or fight or murder for the god and the leader on Earth - and normal religions, f.x. the one you find in NT (Christianity). Thus may be Yahweh will intercede at least for his followers? - even for the ones the Quran claims are wrongdoers, but who according to Yahweh are good people?

095 40/18d: "- - - the Wrongdoers - - -". One of Muhammad's many very negative names for non-Muslims.

096 40/18e: "- - - wrongdoers - - -". One of Muhammad's many distaste inducing names for non-Muslims.

097 40/19a: "(Allah) knows of (the tricks) that deceive with the eyes, and all that the hearts (of men) conceal". This is one of the variants of the in the Quran often repeated warning: Allah sees everything, so do not try to cheat him and his messenger Muhammad - here on earth in praxis Muhammad (and his successors).

098 40/19b: "(Allah) knows - - - all that the hearts (of men) conceal". Se 2/233h above.

099 40/20a: "And Allah will judge (at the Day of Doom*) - - -". Only if he exists and is not just a god, but the top god.

100 40/20b: "And Allah will judge (at the Day of Doom*) - - -". Contradicted by the Bible, which says that that day it is Yahweh who will judge, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

101 40/20c: "And Allah will judge with (justice) and Truth - - -". Not always if he is judging according to the sharia laws. Some of these laws are among the most unjust and immoral laws which have ever existed on this Earth - f. ex. a raped woman is to be punished for illegal sex if she cannot bring 4 male witnesses who have seen the very act, and are willing to witness in spite of risking punishment for not helping her. Or a man correctly blaming a woman for unlawful sex, but unable to produce 4 male witnesses is guilty of slander ONTO ALLAH (!!!) even if the omniscient - according to Islam - Allah has to know he is speaking the truth. And non-Muslims cannot witness against Muslims. Stealing, enslaving and raping are "lawful and good" as soon as it can be called part of a jihad - and "everything" is jihad, etc.(actually to permit such crimes and inhumanities in the name of Allah, makes them even more detestable). And not to forget al-Taqiyya, Kitman and "break your oaths if that gives a better result".

102 40/20d: "And Allah will judge with (justice) - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like "justice", it is in accordance with its own partly immoral and aptly unethical moral and ethical codes, and not least in accordance with its own partly unjust Judicial codes.

103 40/20e: "- - - Truth - - -". This is one of the words which cannot be taken at face value unless there are proofs, in a book where so much is wrong as it is in the Quran.

104 40/20f: "- - - those (other gods*) whom (men) invoke besides Him (Allah*) - - -". See 25/18a above.

105 40/20g: "- - - (other gods*) will not (be in a position) to judge at all". The same goes for Allah if he is a made up god - and we remind you that the Quran with all its mistakes is not from any god. Besides: If f. x. Yahweh exists, the quote is wrong.

106 40/20h: "- - - (other gods*) will not (be in a position) to judge at all". There is the always recurring question abut Yahweh - which means this is contradicted by the Bible. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

107 40/20i: "Verily - - -". See "Truth" in 40/20b just above.

108 40/20j: "Verily it is Allah (alone) Who hears and sees (all things)". See 40/20f above.

109 40/20k: "Verily it is Allah (alone) Who hears and sees (all things)". Contradicted by the Bible, which says Yahweh sees at least as much. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

110 40/20l: "- - - (Allah*) hears and sees (all things)". See 2/233h above.

111 40/21a: “Do they (people*) not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them?” In the Middle East there are ruins here and there. Muhammad claimed that they were remnants from people punished by Allah for their sins. Wrong. In an arid and harsh land and with warring tribes, there are many other reasons why old houses and settlements may be empty or reduced to ruins.

A "curios": In parts of Pakistan - in what once was the rich land Sind before it was conquered and raped by Islam some centuries ago - there are some old ruins. Archeologists and museum people were talking about restoring some of them - there is national pride and perhaps some tourist money in former glory. But some local leaders instead wanted to do nothing, but instead use the ruins as a warning against not good Muslims and others, by putting up placards like: "This is what happens to people who sin against Allah" - inspired by Muhammad's claims about ruins in and around Arabia. This happened in unbelievable 2009 AD.

Some say it is not possible to be more blind than blind. They are wrong.

112 40/21b: "They (the old, disappeared people*) were even superior to them (the Arabs at the time of Muhammad*) in strength - - -". Most places in the Quran where Muhammad tells about the former people of the ruined places, he stresses their might and power and riches. This to make the impression of Allah's claimed power greater.

113 40/21c: "- - - their sins - - -".

114 40/22a: "That (the destruction*) was because there came to them their messengers - - - but they rejected them". Wrong unless Islam really proves the claim. See 40/21a above.

115 40/22b: “- - - Clear (Signs) (= proofs for Allah*) - - -“. There are no clear signs for Allah in all the Quran or anywhere else. See 2/39b or 2/99 above.

116 40/22c: "- - - He (Allah*) is Full of Strength - - -", He has in case never one single time clearly documented the strength.

117 40/22d: "(Allah is*) Strict in Punishment". See 3/77b above.

118 40/23a: "Of old We (Allah*) sent Moses - - -". It is most likely - an understatement - it was Yahweh who sent Moses. The two gods are not the same in spite of Muhammad's claims, as the teachings fundamentally are far too different (and we remind you: Science has proved the Bible is not falsified - and Islam has proved it even stronger by never being able to document one single falsification of the tens or hundreds of thousands of falsifications which had had to be made to cover up tricking with the Bible.)

119 40/23b: "- - - Moses - - -". A historical anomaly.

120 40/23c: "- - - Our (Allah's*) Signs - - -". According to the Bible Moses had signs, but from Yahweh.

121 40/23d: "- - - an Authority manifest (from Allah*)". Contradicted by the Bible, which says it was from Yahweh. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

122 40/24a: "- - - Pharaoh - - - Haman - - - Qarun (may be fiction*) - - -". Historical anomalies.

123 40/24b: "- - - Pharaoh - - -". According to science (f.x. Encyclopedia Britannica) Exodus happened around 1235 B.C. (if it is not fiction) under Pharaoh Ramses II. Now Ramses II likely was the greatest pharaoh ever, and science knows much about him - among other things that he did not drown, in spite of that both the Bible and the Quran says so. But the Bible is written by humans, and humans can have mistaken one of Ramses II's generals or one of his 67(?) sons for the pharaoh. This explanation is not possible for the Quran which is claimed to come from a god - no omniscient god makes mistakes. Because of this Islam tries to claim it happened earlier - sometimes as early as 1500 BC or even a bit earlier - under less known pharaohs whom we do not know if may have drowned or not. That this also collides with other information about Exodus, does not matter very much - it is quite normal for Muslims to find "explanations" which seemingly give the answer they want, and overlook - or "overlook" - other facts which goes against their "explanation" or even makes it impossible. (In this case f.x. the 70 - 80 of Jacob's family who settled in Egypt around 1665(?) BC, impossibly could have multiplied to the number which according to the Bible left Egypt at Exodus in less than some 400+ years. Something Muslim scholars know, but never mention.)

124 40/24c: “- - - Haman - - -”. See 28/6c above.

125 40/24d: "- - - Qarun - - -". This man and his story are not from the Bible. And there are - and were - no other sources from that time relevant to Moses. This story thus either is made up or from some supernatural source - and in spite of Muhammad's claim the Quran is not from a god, as no god makes that much wrong and use so many mistaken facts, etc. like in the Quran. Or it is from a legend or a fairy tale - - - or made up.

126 40/24e: "- - - they (Ramses II, Haman, Qarun*) called (him (Moses*)) 'a sorcerer telling lies!'" Qarun hardly called him so, according to the Quran.

127 40/24f: "- - - they (Ramses II, Haman, Qarun*) called (him (Moses*)) 'a sorcerer telling lies!'" See 40/25d below.

128 40/25a: "Now, when he (Moses) came to them in Truth, from Us (Allah)". See 40/23a above.

129 40/25b: "- - - Truth - - -". See 13/1g above and 40/75 below.

130 40/25c: "- - - they (Pharaoh and his people*) - - -". A historical anomaly.

131 40/25d: "- - - they (Pharaoh and his people*) said: “Slay the sons of those who believe with him (Moses*) - - -". How could this reliably be written in the claimed "Mother Book" (of which the Quran is a copy according to Muhammad) billions of years before it was said or happened? One more of the many texts or quotes in the Quran which could not have been reliably written into the claimed "Mother Book" (13/39b, 43/4b+c, 85/21-22) in Heaven (of which the Quran is claimed to be a copy) eons ago, unless predestination was and is 100% like the Quran claims many places (if you look, you will find more cases than we mention - we only mention some of the obvious ones). If man has free will - even partly only (an expression some Muslims use to flee from the problem full predestination contra free will for man (and also contra that there is no meaning in praying to Allah for help, if everything already is predestined in accordance with a plan "nobody and nothing can change" - a problem which Muslims seldom mention), and an expression no Muslim we have met has ever defined) - and can change his mind, full and reliable clairvoyance about the future, not to mention the distant future, is impossible even for a god, as the man always could/can change his mind or his words once more, in spite of Islam's claims. There are at least 3 reasons - 2 of them unavoidable - for this:

When something is changed, automatically the future is changed.

The laws of chaos will be at work and change things, if even a tiny part is made different.

The so-called "Butterfly Effect"; "a butterfly flapping its wing in Brazil may cause a storm in China later on" or "a small bump may overturn a big load".

This that Allah predestines everything like the Quran claims and states many places, is an essential point, because besides totally removing the free will of man (in spite of the Quran's claims of such free will, or some Muslims' adjusted "partly free will for man" - to adjust the meanings where the texts in the Quran are wrong, is typical for Islam and its Muslims) - it also removes the moral behind Allah's punishing (and rewarding) persons for what they say and do - Allah cannot reward or punish people for things he himself has forced them to say or do, and still expect to be believed when he (Muhammad?) claims to be a good or benevolent or moral or just god. Also see 2/51b and 3/24a above.

And as mentioned above, full predestination also makes prayers to Allah meaningless, as everything already is predestined according to Allah's Plan - a Plan which no prayer ("nobody and nothing") can change.

Also see 3/154e, 6/149a, 7/34a, 14/22b, and not least 27/22-26 above.

132 40/25e: Pharaoh said: “Slay the sons of those who believe with him (Moses*), and keep alive their females”. A new punishment for the Jewish slaves, and it is clear that this is to start fast. But contradiction:

2/49: “- - - We (Allah*) delivered you from the people of Pharaoh (who*) - - - slaughtered your sons - - -“. This already was praxis.

7/141: “- - - Pharaoh’s people - - - who slew your male children and saved alive the females - - -.” The Bible tells more than one place that the killing of male babies started long before the situation in 7/127, and that those killings were the reason for why the baby Moses was set adrift on the Nile (the Quran gives no real reason - but the reason was that male babies were killed).

14/6: “(Moses said about Pharaoh that he*) slaughtered your sons and let your women-folk live - - -.” This already was praxis.

(3 contradictions).

133 40/25f: "- - - Unbelievers - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

134 40/26a: "Said Pharaoh (Ramses II*) - - -". A historical anomaly.

135 40/26b: "Said Pharaoh (Ramses II*): 'Leave me to slay Moses - - -". See 40/25d above.

136 40/26c: "What I (Pharaoh Ramses II*) fear is lest he (Moses*) should change your religion - - -". For one thing this is naivety - it is not that easy for a little known leader of some slaves to change the religion of a mighty country, which Egypt was under Ramses II, and for another thing this is not from the Bible. See 40/24b above. There was nothing about the religion during Exodus in the Bible, only: "Let my people go".

137 40/26d: "- - - Moses - - -". A historical anomaly.

138 40/27a: "- - - Moses - - -". A historical anomaly.

139 40/27b: This verse - and more - is contradicted by the Bible, in the meaning that there was no religious quarrel or similar according to the Bible during Exodus, only: "Let my people go". Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

140 40/27c: "- - - indeed - - -". See 2/2b above.

141 40/27d: "- - - the Day of Account - - -". The Day of Doom.

142 40/28a: "A Believer - - -". A Muslim (1800 - 1900 years before Muhammad - believe it if you are able to).

143 40/28b: "A believer, a man from the people of Pharaoh (Egyptians*) - - -". How many Muslims existed in reality ca. 1850 years before Muhammad started his religion?

144 40/28c: "- - - Pharaoh (Ramses II*) - - -". A historical anomaly.

145 40/28d: "- - - faith - - -". Islam. Only Islam is faith in the Quran. Contradicted by the Bible which tells that the god of the Jews and of Moses was Yahweh, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

146 40/28e: "My (Moses'*) Lord is Allah". Believe this if you want - most likely only Muslims are able to. But see 40/28d just above.

147 40/28f: "- - - indeed - - -". See 2/2b above.

148 40/28g: “- - - Clear (Signs) - - -“. See 2/39b and 2/99 above.

149 40/28h: "- if he be a liar, on him is (the sin of) his lie: but if he is telling the Truth, then will fall on you - - -". Something to think over for angry Muslims who do not want to hear our facts, not to mention think them over and think over what they mean, but instead send us death warnings because we know things they do not like to hear - or others to hear? (We have not got many, but they have come - one of the main reasons why we are doing this work; we do not want our descendants to be forced to live in a world where terrorism and murder are accepted arguments - and even more so when used for what proves itself to be a made up cause.)

150 40/28i: "- - - (the sin of) - - -".

151 40/28j: "- - - truly - - -". See 40/20b above.

152 40/28k: "- - - Allah guides not one who transgresses and lies!" The thought provoking question is: Does he guide anyone at all? - no such case is ever proved.

153 40/28l: "- - - guide - - -". You at least cannot be a good guide with a guide-book as full of mistakes as the Quran.

154 40/28k: "- - - one who transgresses and lies!" One of Muhammad's negative names for non-Muslims.

155 40/28-33: Contradicted by the Bible: Neither this man, nor this story is mentioned in the Bible - like so much more of the "biblical" stories in the Quran (most of them are from apocryphal - made up - scriptures, folklore, legends, and fairy tales). See 40/24b above. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

156 40/29a: "- - - the Punishment of Allah - - -". Contradicted by the Bible, which says the involved god was Yahweh, not Allah - and that the "quarrel" was not about religion, only about "Let my people go".

157 40/29b: "- - - Pharaoh (Ramses II*) - - -". A historical anomaly.

158 40/30a: "- - - the man who believed - - -". = a Muslim. If you are able to believe Muslims existed - and without leaving a single trace - under Ramses II around 1235 BC, you are perfectly entitled to do so. But contact a professor of Egyptology or a psychiatrist in case.

159 40/30b: "Truly - - -". See 2/2b above.

160 40/30c: "- - - the Confederates - - -". See 38/12-13 and the comments there.

161 40/30d: "- - - (the sin of) - - -".

162 40/31a: "- - - Noah - - - 'Ad - - - Thamud - - -".Historical anomalies.

163 40/31b: "- - - 'Ad - - - Thamud - - -". 2 tribes from Arab folklore. They may or may not have existed, but even if they should have existed, Muhammad had no sources of information about them, as the Quran is not from a god - except folk tales and fairy tales. Noah is from the Bible, but not 'Ad and Thamud.

*164 40/31c: “- - - Allah never wishes injustice to His Servants.” Wrong. One star example: The Islamic law that tells that a woman who is raped is to be severely punished/stoned for indecency/unlawful sex if she cannot produce 4 male witnesses that actually saw the rape, probably is the most unjust law that ever existed in an even half civilized society. Extreme injustice.

165 40/31d: "- - - injustice - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral and partly unethical moral and ethical codes, and not least in accordance with its own partly unjust judicial codes (sharia laws).

166 40/31e: "- - - His (Allah's) Servants". This is an expression with several meanings in the Quran - all humanity, all Muslims or all good Muslims, or all claimed prophets/messengers for Allah (the famous clear(?) language in the Quran). Here one may guess it means all humanity, but it may mean all Muslims.

167 40/32: "- - - a Day - - -". The Day of Doom.

168 40/33a: "A Day - - -". The Day of Doom

169 40/33b: "- - - no defender shall ye (non-Muslims*) have from Allah - - -". Now we are back to the fact that many moral, ethical and even judicial codes are very different between especially NT and the Quran. This means that Yahweh may think you are a good person who at least tries to live according to his basic ideal: "Do unto others like you want others do unto you", even if Allah wants to send you to hell for not wanting to steal/rob, enslave, suppress, and murder for him and Muhammad. So may be Yahweh will interfere? - if any of them exists. (Well, to interfere against Allah should not be too difficult, as it is highly unlikely he exists - the only rumor about him is in a book full of mistakes, dictated by an man with doubtful morality, believing in the use of dishonesty, and liking respect, power, riches - at least for bribes - and women.

170 40/33c: "- - - any whom Allah leaves to stray - - -". Allah frequently leaves people to stray - according to Hadiths he even decides whom to send to Hell 5 months before they are born. Quite a difference to NT to say the least of it. One more strong indication for that Yahweh and Allah are not the same god. Also see 40/33b just above.

171 40/33d: "- - - any whom Allah leaves to stray, there is none to guide". See 40/33b above.

172 40/33e: "- - - guide - - -". See 16/107 above.

173 40/34a: "- - - there came Joseph in times gone by - - -". If we presume that science has the time for Exodus correct, it happened around 1235 BC (according to f.x. Encyclopedia Britannica). If we further presume that the Bible is correct when it says the Jews stayed in Egypt for 430 years - and there was no reasons for the original writers of those scriptures to falsify that number, and neither have we seen strong protests about it from serious scientists - Jacob and his family emigrated to Egypt sometime around 1665 BC. If we then add some years, Joseph may have been taken to Egypt sometime around 1680 BC (if it is a true story). This means during the Hyksos Dynasty, which reigned from some time in the 18th century BC (they seem to have tken over the power slowly - in contradiktion to what Muslims normally say, but here they are excused, because also science believe so until reasonably lately), but did not gain great power until around 1720 BC it seems. The end of their reign is better known and here Muslim sources like to say they reigned until around 1580 BC - the earlier exit, the earlier they can claim the Jews left Egypt. But the two last Hyksos pharaohs were Apopis (ca. 1580 - 1540 BC) and Khamudi (ca. 1540 - 1530 BC). (Muslims like to claim the Hyksos were Arabs. There are no real arguments for that, except they likely were invaders who came via Sinai (perhaps from Syria?), but honor for Arabs is honor for Arabs - - - but that is another story. But we may add that you meet Muslims claiming the name Hyksos derives from a word meaning shepherd rulers - indicating they originally were nomades and thus surely Arabs (Muslims often are good at short-circutted logic and invalid logical jumps - the Hyksos could be Arabs, but far from "surely"). But this is a wrong translation of the original word/name. The correct translation means "foreign rulers" - they after all were not original Egyptians.)

174 40/34b: "- - - Joseph - - -". A historical anomaly.

175 40/34c: "No Messenger will Allah send after him (Joseph*)". This is not from the Bible - like so much of the "biblical" stuff in the Quran. See 40/24b.

176 40/35a: "(Such) as dispute about the Signs of Allah, without any authority - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

177 40/35b: "(Such) as dispute about the Signs of Allah, without any authority - - -". The sinister question is: Do Muslims have any authority? - a book full of mistakes, etc. dictated by a man of doubtful moral and ethics, but wanting power, is no authority, and definitely no divine authority.

178 40/35c: “- - - Signs of Allah - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

179 40/35d: "- - - Grievous and odious (is such conduct) in the sight of Allah - - -". Only if Allah exists and is a god.

180 40/35e: "- - - Grievous and odious (is such conduct) in the sight of - - - the Believers". Obviously - but because they are right or because they are blind and in addition unable to or refuse to think?

181 40/35f: "- - - Believers - - -". Muslims.

182 40/35g: "Thus doth Allah seal up every heart - of arrogant and obstinate and transgressors." See "the lost lamb/sheep" or "the 11. hour". Not the same god as in NT.

183 40/35h: "- - - arrogant and obstinate transgressors". One more of Muhammad’s many distaste inducing names for non-Muslims.

184 40/36a: "Pharaoh (Ramses II*) - - - Haman - - -". 2 historical anomalies.

185 40/36b: "Pharaoh (Ramses II*) said: 'O Haman! Build me - - -". See 40/25d above.

186 40/36c: “- - - Haman - - -”. See 28/6c.

187 40/37a: “- - - heavens - - -.” Plural and wrong. See 2/22d.

188 40/37b: "- - - Moses - - -". A historical anomaly.

189 40/37c: "- - - thus was made alluring, in Pharaoh's eyes, the evil of his deeds - - -". This is a very common human tendency: What you learn is right, what you think is right, and what your surroundings think is right, - well, that is right. A very good example of this is Islam. They (at least shall) live according to the Quran and its partly immoral moral code, its partly unethical ethical code, its partly unjust judicial code, etc., and feel very well - not seldom even haughty and high above non-Muslim - because they have such good and high standards to live up to. Before you judge them and their moral. etc. deficits, remember that most of them honestly believe they are superior.

40/37d: "- - - evil - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

190 40/37e: “- - - the plot of Pharaoh led to nothing but perdition (for him).” Wrong. We know from other places in the Quran, that the perdition is said to be drowning. But Ramses II did not die by drowning, and on top of that he did not die until several years after the possible exodus in ca. 1235 BC - both according to science.

191 40/37f: "- - - Pharaoh - - -". A historical anomaly.

192 40/38a: "- - - the man who believed - - -". See 40/30a above.

193 40/38b: "- - - the Path of Right". The road to the Quran's Paradise. Also see 10/9f above. And remember we are in the pagan Egypt some 1850 years before Muhammad. Believe it if you want.

194 40/38-45: Contradicted by the Bible: Neither this man, nor this story is mentioned in the Bible - like so much more of the "biblical" stories in the Quran (most of them are from apocryphal - made up - scriptures, folklore, legends, and fairy tales). See 40/24b above. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

195 40/39: "- - - it is the Hereafter that is the home that will last". If there is a hereafter, this may well be true. But how will life in a possible hereafter be? It is unlikely in the extreme that it is correctly described in the Quran, as that book with all its mistakes, etc. is not from any god. No god delivers such a quality like the Quran. (Muslims glorify the language in the book - polished for some 250 years by good scholars. But to what use is a glorious wrapping paper if the contents of the packet is without value - or worse?

196 40/40a: "- - - he that works evil - - -". Normally one of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

197 40/40b: "- - - evil - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral and ethical codes.

198 40/40c: "- - - he that works a righteous deed - - -". Normally in the Quran a name for Muslims.

199 40/40d: "- - - righteous deeds - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses expression like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral and ethical codes.

200 40/40e: "- - - a Believer - - -": A Muslim.

201 40/40f: "- - - the Garden (of Bliss) - - -". The Quran's Paradise. See 10/9f above.

202 40/40g: "- - - therein (Paradise*) will they (good Muslims*) have abundance without measure." If the Quran has told the truth - the full truth and only the truth.

203 40/41: "- - - the Fire". Hell.

204 40/42a: "- - - blaspheme against Allah - - -". This only is possible if Allah exists and is a god.

205 40/42b: "- - - Allah - - -". Remember that this happened(?) around 1235 BC - some 1850 years before Muhammad’s "23 years". Neither science nor Islam has found a single trace from Islam in Egypt older than 610 AD (or actually somewhat later). So it is up to you what you want to believe.

206 40/42c: "- - - to join with Him (Allah*) partners (other gods*) - - -". See 25/18a above.

207 40/42d: "- - - knowledge - - -". See 26/83a.

208 40/42e: "(Allah*) the Exalted in Power". An often repeated but never documented claim in the Quran. (It will take a lot to blaspheme if he exists and belongs to the dark forces.)

209 40/42f: "- - - (Allah*) forgives again and again!" This only is possible if Allah exists and is a god - only a god (and the victim) can forgive.

210 40/43a: "Without doubt - - -". See 2/2b above.

211 40/43b: "- - - one who is not fit to be called to - - -". Other gods - f.x. Yahweh.

212 40/43c: "- - - our (peoples'*) Return (on the Day of Doom*) will be to Allah". This only is possible if Allah exists and is a major god, and if the Quran has described the possible next life correctly.

213 40/43d: "- - - Transgressors - - -". One of Muhammad's many distaste inducing names for non-Muslims.

214 40/43e: "- - - Companions of the Fire!" People going to end in Hell - and at the same time one more of Muhammad's negative names for non-Muslims.

215 40/44a: "- - - Allah (ever) watches - - -". This only is possible if he exists.

216 40/44b: "- - - Allah (ever) watches over His Servants". The old warning: Do not try anything. The old promise: Everything good will be remembered, too. If Allah exists and is a god.

217 40/44c: "- - - His (Allah's*) Servants - - -". In the claimed clear and not to be misunderstood language of the Quran, this expression can have at least these meanings: All humanity, all Muslims or good Muslims, and all claimed prophets/messengers from Allah. In this case we guess it is one of the two last meanings.

218 40/45a: "- - - but the brunt of the Penalty encompassed on all sides the People of Pharaoh". This is what is said about the 10 plagues here. Read about them in 2. Mos. and compare which of those two books is reasonably good literature and which not. (Well, right shall be right - it is better told another place in the Quran, but not good there, too.)

219 40/45b: "- - - Pharaoh - - -". A historical anomaly.

220 40/46a: "In front of the Fire they (non-Muslims*) will be brought - - -". See 3/77b above.

221 46/46b: "- - - the Fire - - -". Hell - or here perhaps in front of the fire inside Hell.

222 40/46c: "- - - Pharaoh - - -". A historical anomaly.

223 40/46d: "- - - into the severest Penalty!" Into the worst part of Hell - Hell has 7 parts, one worse than the other, according to the Hadiths.

224 40/46-50: This is not from the Bible. See 49/24b above. There is much in the Quran pretending to be from the Bible, but which is not. We point out some of it. But from where did Muhammad get this kind of stuff? Not from a god, as no god delivers books with so many mistakes, etc. From dark forces? From a mental illness - like TLE (Temporal Lobe Epilepsy) like modern medical science suspects? From made up or apocryphal scriptures? From legends or fairy tales? From fantasy?

225 40/47a: "- - - they (non-Muslims*) will dispute with each other in the Fire!" Nonsense. It they are resurrected in a body like on Earth, like the Quran states many places, and if the pain is even in the neighborhood of what the Quran states - and like anybody who has burnt themselves a little has felt - they will be unable to dispute.

226 40/47b: "- - - the Fire - - -". Hell.

227 40/48a: "Those who had been arrogant - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

228 40/48b: "Truly - - -". See 40/20b.

229 40/48c: "- - - (His (Allah's*)) Servants - - -". In the claimed clear and not to be misunderstood language of the Quran, this expression can have at least these meanings: All humanity, all Muslims or good Muslims, and all claimed prophets/messengers from Allah. In this case "all humanity" is meant.

230 46/49: "- - - the Fire - - -". Hell.

231 40/49-50: “Those (sinners*) in the Fire will say to the Keepers of Hell: ‘Pray to your Lord (Allah or the Devil?*) to lighten us the Penalty for a Day at least.’ They will say: ‘Did there not come to you messengers with Clear Signals?’ They will reply, ‘Yes’. They (the keepers*) will reply, ‘Then pray (as you like)! (to no avail*)”. In Hell there is no pardon. But do all sinners deserve such a sadistic punishment? Most of them after all are just comparatively small sinners - f.x. believed in Yahweh instead of Allah.

232 40/50a: "Did there not come to you messengers with Clear Signs (about Allah*) - - -". No, there did not. The only messengers who perhaps had clear signs, were some of the old Jewish ones, and they in case had signs about Yahweh, not about Allah. (If Muslims disagree, it just is for them to produce a few proofs, and we will correct our texts - but Muslims have till now proved exactly nothing concerning central points in the Quran, there only are loose words and as loose claims.

233 40/50b: “- - - Clear Signs (= proofs of Allah*) - - -“. There exists no proof of Allah – not in the Quran, not anywhere else (even many Muslim scholars admit this). If a proof had existed, you can be 1000 – thousand - % sure all the world had been informed and with big letters. Contradicted by reality and by the laws of logic - and by Islam's inability to prove this.

234 40/50c: "- - - the praying of those without Faith is nothing but (futile wandering) in (mazes of) error!". But are prayers from Muslims any better, as the Quran they believe in, literally are mazes of error?

As for the value of prayers in Islam, also see 62/9c. And if you combine 62/9c with 67/9c - a strong one - you get something thought-provoking. (And relevant here: Muslims often are thought that a question or problem can have 2 or more true and correct solutions - Islam is forced to teach this, because if not, many of the mistakes and contradictions in the Quran become too obvious. But this ONLY is true if parallel true solutions are possible. In cases where 2 or more possible solutions are mutually excluding each other, maximum 1 of the mutually excluding ones can be true. It should be a bit thought provoking for Muslims, that just this "small" difference in theoretical thinking and teaching, was one of the reasons (there were several of course) for why Europe and the West exploded into the Technical Revolution, while the Muslim area stagnated). Two star examples are: 1) Full predestination is not possible even for an omnipotent god to combine with even the smallest piece of free will for man - the two are mutually excluding. The same for full and unchangeable predestination long time before, combined with any claimed effect of prayers - the two are mutually excluding each other.)

235 40/50d: "- - - the praying of those without Faith is nothing but (futile wandering) in (mazes of) error!". Contradicted by the Bible which tells that prayers to Yahweh has the best effect - actually the only ones with effect. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

236 40/50e: "- - - those without Faith - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

237 40/50f: "- - - Faith - - -". Islam - only Islam is faith in the Quran.

238 40/50g: "- - - error - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

239 40/51a: “We (Allah*) will, without doubt, help Our messengers and those who believe - - -.” Only possible if Allah exists and is something supernatural (but what his help is worth if he in case belongs to the dark forces, may be another question).

240 40/51b: "- - - without doubt - - -". In a book with so much wrong as in the Quran, there is reason for doubt about anything which is not proved".

241 40/51c: "- - - those who believe - - -". Muslims - only Muslims believe according to the Quran.

242 40/51d: "The Day when the witnesses will stand forth - - -". The Day of Doom.

243 40/51e: "- - - when the Witness will stand forth - - -". Why does an omniscient god who on top of all decides all things, need witnesses?

244 40/52a: "The Day when - - -". The Day of Doom.

245 40/52b: "- - - Wrongdoers - - -". Normally one of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

246 40/52c: "- - - Wrongdoers - - -". Will the Muslims be among those if the Quran is a made up book? MUCH of what the Quran advices and demands its followers to do, is horrible and immoral and very wrong (Muslims are unable to see it, though, as they have been told from they were toddlers that such things are glorious).

This word also is one of Muhammad's many enemy picture inducing names for non-Muslims.

247 40/52d: "- - - Wrongdoers - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

248 40/52e: "- - - they (non-Muslims*) will (only) have the Curse - - -". Non-Muslims will be cursed by Allah.

249 40/52f: "- - - the Home of Misery". Hell.

**250 40/53a: “We (Allah*) did aforetime give Moses the (Book of) Guidance - - -”. Wrong. According to science those books were written centuries after Moses was dead. (According to the Bible, Moses only got the 10 Commandments in writing. In addition he was told the law (parts of what now is the Book of Moses), which he then wrote down himself later - this sometimes was called "the Book of Covenance"). Now, Islam has a tendency to tell that the Bible is falsified - and strangely: - always in ways which happen to omit points that would under build Islam if it had not been falsified, never the other way around, even though the claimed falsifications even according to Islam were made long before Muhammad, and thus before one had to falsify him and his teaching out of the religion. Also they frequently tell that scriptures have disappeared - always the scriptures that are said to be like the Quran and not the others, and not only that: All such texts have by a strange coincidence happened to get lost. Further: Science has over the years accumulated some 12ooo texts or fragments relevant to the Bible plus some 32ooo with references to or quotes from the Bible. All have been in accordance with the Bible or have been easy to understand with relevance to the Bible – and none have been “unsanctified” with texts Islam claims should be there, but which simply does not exist among all the ones found - some have even given deeper insight, so it has been possible to correct details in translations.

Finally: There are also found a number of old scriptures relying to, or copies of, the Quran. But anything which is not like the texts of today is obscured by the Muslims. The star example of this is the “Quran grave” - resting place for worn out Quran scrolls - found in Yemen in 1972. Scientists and scientific methods from the West made it possible to read them, but when it turned out that there were "small, but significant" divergences from the texts of today, further access to the scrolls were denied, except for some selected not “dangerous” parts. This even if anyone who knows the history of the Quran knows that the statement: “The Quran of today is to the last letter and the last comma identical with what Gabriel told Muhammad” is not true.

Honesty?

251 40/53b: "- - - Moses - - - Children of Israel - - -". 2 historical anomalies.

252 40/55a: "- - - (the Book*) - - - A Guide and a Message to (the Jews*) - - -". This may well be true as far as the "Books of Moses" go. But beware that Muhammad claimed what Moses - and all other prophets - got, was a copy of the claimed "Mother Book" from Allah - similar to the Quran (which the bad Jews and Christians later falsified and made into the Bible instead - and as Jesus is claimed to have been a good Muslim, the falsifications must have been made later: Dignified Jews Pharisees in black suits sitting down with as honorable bishops to agree on what to falsify, and how the two religions now should be changed, and not least what to falsify about Messiah (Jesus) in OT. And not to forget how to falsify all old manuscripts, and how to do it in such ways that future experts would be unable to find out anything about what was falsified - and of course how to do it without the congregations on 3 continents discovered that things had been falsified and changed.

We will have to hope that persons like Mr. H. C. Andersen and the Grimm brothers were members of the commission - and perhaps dr. Isaac Asimov as an adviser about future techniques concerning fraud detection to circumnavigate or cheat.

253 40/54b: "- - - men of understanding". Hidden flattery - see 13/3j above.

254 40/55c: "Patiently, then, persevere - - -". An expression and words non-Muslims should never forget is impressed and impressed on Muslims; keep going and sooner or later your opponent or enemy tires and you have won and is the conqueror.

255 40/55d: "The Promise of Allah - - -". But in a book full of mistakes, how to know what - if any - really is the promise of Allah?

256 40/55e: "The Promise of Allah - - -". As the Quran is not from any god, it is little likely that it contains any promise from Allah or from any other god.

257 40/55f: "The Promise of Allah is true - - -". In a book like the Quran with so much wrong, no word like "true" can be taken at face value unless it is proved. It also is a fact that there through all times has not been a single documented case of Allah keeping a promise - lots of claims, but not one proved case.

258 40/55g: "- - - ask forgiveness - - -". Allah cannot forgive unless he exists and in addition is a god.

259 40/55h: "- - - celebrate the Praises of thy (Muslims*) Lord (Allah) - - -". Read 1/1a and see if he deserves it - if he exists.

260 40/55i: (YA4429): “- - - Praises thy Lord in the evening and in the morning.” Quoting from “The Meaning of the Holy Quran”: “But the phrase ‘evening and morning’ also mean ‘at all times’”. Clear language?

##261 40/55j: “- - - Praises thy Lord in the evening and in the morning.” This with prayers at fixed times of the day - actually there are 5 a day - was so essential for Allah, that they became one of the 5 main pillar for his religion. Whereas Yahweh was totally uninterested in that kind of formalism - pray when there was a wish or a need. One more of the 100% proofs for that Yahweh and Allah were not the same god.

262 40/56a: "Those who dispute about the Signs of Allah - - -". Non-Muslims.

263 40/56b: "Those who dispute about the Signs of Allah without any authority bestowed on them - - -

If they believed in f. ex. Yahweh and Yahweh exists, they had authority to discuss this.

If the Quran is not from a god, Muslims have no authority to discuss or claim anything.

264 40/56c: “- - - Signs of Allah - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

265 40/56d: "- - - seek refuge, then, in Allah - - -". This will be in vain if Allah does not exist, or at least is no god (and what it will be if he belongs to the dark forces, we do not mention).

266 40/56e: "It is He (Allah*) Who hears and sees (all things)". You find versions of this claim all over the Quran. Normally it is used for one or more of these purposes: 1): Allah sees everything, so do not try to cheat him or his messenger (Muhammad*) - here on Earth in reality Muhammad (and his successors). 2): Allah sees everything, so if you are a good guy and do your best, he will reward you, if not in this life, then in the next (cheap promises for any leader). 3): Allah sees all things, so take it easy: He will punish those rich, no-good non-Muslims, if not in this, then in the next life. Soothing to "know" - and an easy "explanation" for any leader for why not his followers are on top; Allah's unfathomable decision.

267 40/57a: "Assuredly - - -". See 2/2b above.

268 40/57b: "Assuredly the creation of the heavens (plural and wrong*) and the earth is a greater (matter) than the creation of men - - -". Probably - if a god created some of it. But is it created? - it is not proved. And in case by whom - many gods demand the honor, included Allah, even though he has never been able to prove even his own existence. Everything only is words, and words are cheap".

#269 40/57c: "Assuredly the creation of the heavens (plural and wrong*) and the earth is a greater (matter) than the creation of men - - -". As we know nothing about creation, we also know nothing about what is most difficult to create (if it is created): Dead elementary matters or organic life and conciousness. This "proof" thus is invalid, as it is built on presumptions - like so often in the Quran - not on real knowledge.

270 40/57d: “- - - heavens - - -.” Plural and wrong. See 2/22d.

271 40/57e: "- - - most men understand not". That was just Muhammad's problem - and is Islam's problem: Too many understand that something is very wrong with the Quran, and thus with Islam.

272 40/58a: “Not equal are the blind (non-Muslim*) and those who (clearly) see (Muslims*)”. According to the Quran the answer is obvious - and the self-esteem of Muslims increased. There is a feeble feeling, though, that something is wrong. On the one side a book relying only on the words of a somewhat "special" man, and a book containing lots and lots of the hallmarks of cheating, swindling and deceiving. On the other a non-Muslim culture which in spite of mistakes - f. x. taking colonies like each and every empire and even smaller powers have done throughout all times, included Arabia and other Muslim states - has brought most humans a very much better life the last few hundred years - f. x. in medicine the poor today often are better off than the richest king was just 100 years ago.

As far as we know not one single of those modern medicines originated in the Muslim world. Neither did one single of the other new essential ideas.

But in a society where only the next world (real or imagined or wrong? - as it is built on a book with lots of mistakes, told by a man of doubtful moral- al Taqiyya, Kitman, "war is betrayal", "break (even*) your oath if that gives a better result") really counts, the Muslims after all are the elite. Of course - - -?

273 40/58b: "Not equal are the blind and those who (clearly) see - - -". This is worth an afterthought when comparing the blindly believing Muslims and non-Muslims seeing that something is seriously wrong if the Quran, and hence with Islam.

274 40/58c: “- - - those who believe and work deeds of righteousness - - -". Muslims.

275 40/58d: “- - - nor are (equal) those who believe and work deeds of righteousness and those who do evil”. This is obvious - at least according to the Quran.

276 40/58e: “- - - those who believe and work deeds of righteousness - - -". Muslims.

277 40/58f: "- - - righteousness - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral and ethical codes.

278 40/58g: "- - - those who do evil." One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

279 40/58h: "- - - evil - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral and ethical codes.

280 40/58i: "- - - admonition - - -". What can you really learn by admonition based on a book like the Quran with all its errors, immoral moral and ethical rules, etc.?

#281 40/85j: A summary of this verse is that Muslims are much better - much better quality - than non-Muslims. A "fact" many (most?) Muslims "know" very well today. Just think about the debate in Pakistan (in 2009?) about whether non-Muslims had half the value of Muslims, or less.

Haughty?

But if Muslims take the power, this may be what we will have to live with. Because of a powerful religion built only on a clearly made up book.

282 40/59a: "The Hour - - -". The Day of Doom.

283 40/59b: “The Hour will certainly come - - -". It is quite possible that an hour of doom may come - many religions say so. But as the Quran has given not one single valid proof for it - just cheap, though often strong, words - there are strong reasons for doubting a doom and a hell like in the Quran. This even more so as the Quran has so many other mistakes, and uses so many contradictions and invalid “signs” and “proofs”, not to mention all the statements resting on nothing or on other invalid statements, “signs“ or “proofs“ - quite likely the way the claimed Day of Doom will be experienced, also is wrongly described in that book.

284 40/59c: "- - - therein is no doubt - - -”. In a book with so much wrong like in the Quran, there is reason for skepticism and doubt against mort things which are not proved.

285 40/59d: "- - - most men believe not." Wrong. Most men believe. They just do not believe in the Quran, for the very obvious reason that at least many see there are too much wrong in that book - it has no connection to a god.

286 40/60a: "I (Allah*) will answer your prayers - - -".

But for the last 1400 years and until today he has not given one single clear and indisputable answer. There have been coincidences, etc., but not one single unmistakable answer unmistakably and proved for Allah. Not in 1400 years! (If there had been even one single, Islam had broadcasted it in all media each and every time the question had cropped up. But it has never happened.

287 40/60b: "- - - prayers - - -". But what is the idea behind and what is the effect of prayers, if Allah long since has predestined everything - and predestined according to his Plan which nobody and nothing can change, like the Quran states several places. If predestination is true, prayers just are waste of time and effort - there is no way they can have any effect. To claim differently either needs a good explanation or is mumbo-jumbo.

288 40/60c: "- - - those who were too arrogant to serve Me (Allah*) - - -". One of Muhammad’s - here on behalf of Allah - many negative names for non-Muslims.

289 40/60d: "- - - (non-Muslims*) will surely find themselves in Hell - - -". A nice pep-talk - like so much in the Quran - for Muhammad's followers (as said; gloating is a good feeling for many). But whether it is true or not, will depend on if Allah exists and is a god, and whether this god in case is correctly described in the Quran.

290 40/60e: "- - - (non-Muslims*) will surely find themselves in Hell - - -". But what about Yahweh? As said some times the moral, etc., codes in the war and apartheid religion told by the Quran, on several points are so different from normal moral and ethical codes, that may be Yahweh thinks you have been a very good person even if Allah wants you to hell - the difference between the religions are by far big enough for that, both ways. In that case may be Yahweh will intervene, at least if you are a follower of him? (The differences between the religions are the main proof for that Yahweh and Allah are not the same god. Muslims try to explain away the differences with never documented claims about falsifications of the Bible, but both science and Islam thoroughly have proved those claims wrong.)

291 40/60f: "- - - surely - - -". Similar to see 2/2b above.

*292 40/61a: “It is Allah Who made the Night for you - - - and the Day - - -”. Wrong. It is the sun and the revolving of the Earth that makes night and day. This is just another place where Muhammad takes a natural phenomenon, states without proof that this is done or made by Allah, and then tells or indicates that this is a proof for Allah or Islam. As a proof, it is logically completely invalid, as it is not proved that it is Allah who is behind the phenomena - and as said before: Use of invalid proofs, etc., etc., is the hallmark of someone deliberately not speaking the truth and trying to delude or deceive or cheat somebody.

293 40/61b: "Verily - - -". Similar to 40/20b above. Also see 2/2b above.

294 40/61c: "Verily Allah is full of grace - - -". See 1/1a above and see if you agree - - - if he exists.

295 40/61d: "- - - most men give no thanks (to Allah*)". For the simple reason that at least many of them see that something is seriously wrong with that religion.

296 40/62a: "- - - Allah, your Lord (god*) - - -". If he exists and in addition is a god, then perhaps.

297 40/62b: "(Allah*) the Creator of all things - - -". An often used, but never proved claim in the Quran - a claim used by most religions as it cost nothing to claim it for ones god. It is one of the many natural phenomena Muhammad frequently use to "verify" or glorify his god - free of charge, but absolutely without any value as an indication or a proof for Allah, as long as it is not proved that it really is Allah who created it.

298 40/62c: "There is no god but he (Allah*) - - -". See 2/255a, 6/106b, and 25/18a above - and in addition there does not exist one single proof for that Allah exists - only Muhammad's words, a man of dubious morality to say the least of it, even according to the Quran, Hadiths and other Islamic books.

299 40/62d: "There is no god but he (Allah*) - - -". Contradicted by the Bible, which claims Yahweh is the only god, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

#300 40/62e: “- - - how ye (non-Muslims*) are deluded away from the Truth! (the Quran*)”. See 13/1g above and 40/75 below. Who are deluded if the Quran is made up - and it is a made up book at least in the meaning that with all its errors, contradictions, etc. it is from no god. But of course it may be from the black forces, if a god forced them to deliver such a quality book.

301 40/62f: "- - - the Truth - - -". See 2/2b and 13/1g above and 40/75 below. A book like this at best represents partly the truth.

302 40/63a: "Thus are deluded those who are wont to reject the signs of Allah". But as the book is not from a god - too many mistakes, etc. - who may really be the deluded ones?

303 40/63b: “- - - Signs of Allah - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

304 40/64a: "It is Allah Who made for you the earth - - -". One more natural phenomenon claimed by Muhammad for glorification of and "proof" for his god - as always without any documentation. You find similar claim in many religions - claims are cheap and a number of believers believe in it, no matter which religion they belong to.

305 40/64b: “(Allah has*) made the sky as a canopy - - -”. Wrong. The sky - or heaven - is not a canopy, especially not when you know that it according to the Quran is made from something material (the stars are fastened to the lowermost heaven). The sky as we see it, is an optical illusion in near vacuum. And also see 40/64a just above.

306 40/64c: "- - - (Allah*) has provided for you Sustenance". According to the Quran everything are gifts from Allah - so why work?

307 40/64d: "- - - Glory to Allah - - -". See 1/1a above and see if he deserves it - if he exists.

308 40/64e: "- - - Allah, Lord of the Worlds - - -". Often claimed, never proved.

309 40/64f: "- - - Allah, Lord of the Worlds - - -". Contradicted by the Bible, which says Yahweh is the lord, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

310 40/64g: "- - - Worlds - - -". Wrong. There are no 7 worlds like the Quran claims in 65/12, which the plural here refers to.

311 40/65a: "He (Allah*) is the Living (One) - - -". There has never in all the history of Islam been a proof for this.

312 40/65b: "- - - there is no deity save Him (Allah*) - - -". See 2/255a, 6/106b, 40/3e, and 40/62c above.

3|3 40/65c: "- - - call upon Him (Allah*) - - -". It may be worth a try. But he has never provably answered anyone between Muhammad and now. And besides if he has predestined everything like the Quran states several places, prayer cannot have any effect - everything is already decided.

314 40/65d: "- - - giving Him sincere devotion2. What for if he does not exist? There never was an unmistakable sign for his existence - only Muhammad's pretty unreliable words.

315 40/65e: "Praise be to Allah - - -". See 1/1a and find out if he deserves it - if he exists.

316 40/65f: "- - - Allah, Lord of the Worlds - - -". Often claimed, never proved.

317 40/65g: "- - - Allah, Lord of the Worlds - - -".

318 40/65h: "- - - Worlds - - -". Wrong. There are no 7 worlds like the Quran claims in 65/12, which the plural here refers to.

319 40/66a:

320 40/66b: "- - - those whom ye (non-Muslims*) invoke besides Allah - - -". See 25/18a above.

321 40/66c: “- - - Clear Signs - - -“. Wrong. See 2/39b or 2/99 above.

322 40/66d: "- - - Allah, Lord of the Worlds - - -". Often claimed, never proved".

323 40/66e: "- - - Worlds - - -". Wrong. There are no 7 worlds like the Quran claims in 65/12, which the plural here refers to. Also see 26/77 above.

324 40/67a: “It is He (Allah*) Who has created you from dust - - -”. Wrong. Man was not made from dust. See 6/2b above.

325 40/67b: “(Allah then made you*) from a sperm drop - - -”. Wrong. You were not made from a sperm drop. You were made from the fusing of a sperm cell and an egg cell - the egg cell even is by far the biggest. From other places in the Quran it is clear that Muhammad believed the sperm was “seeds to plant” in a woman, and there started to grow to become a fetus and then a baby. Any one inch tall god had known that this claim was wrong. Then who made the Quran?

326 40/67c: “(Allah*) lets you (living beings*) reach a Term appointed - - -”. Allah lets any living being reach the time for dying he has decided. Though if you are a sheep and are brought to Mecca before Hajj, it is easy to prove by means of statistics that you had had a much better chance to be alive after Hajj if you had stayed at home. And the same for a man in a battle.

327 40/67d: "- - - a Term appointed - - -". The time predestined by Allah for your death.

328 40/67e: "- - - wisdom - - -". As for words related to knowledge in the Quran, see 26/83a above.

329 40/68a: "It is He (Allah*) who gives Life - - -". This interesting claim appears several places in the Quran - interesting because it never is proved, whereas both Jesus and Yahweh proved they have the power (if the Bible and/or the Quran is/are reliable on this point).

330 40/68b: " - - - He (Allah*) says to it, 'Be' and it is". And who knows - maybe he once said: "Be a son" and Jesus was. What human are able to understand the unfathomable thoughts and wishes of an omniscient god?

331 40/69a: "Seest thou (Muhammad?/Muslim?) not those that dispute concerning the Signs of Allah? How they turn away (from reality)?" This is pure, but not intended irony: As there is not one single valid proof or sign for Allah - many claims, but not a single valid one - it is the ones who believe in such claimed "signs" who have no contact with reality.

332 40/69b: "- - - those that dispute concerning the Signs of Allah - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

333 40/69c: “- - - Signs of Allah - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39 above.

334 40/69d: "How are they (non-Muslims*) turned away (from Reality (the Quran*))? - - -". A book full of mistakes, etc. does not represent reality.

335 40/70a: “Those who reject the Book (it is unclear if here is meant the Quran or the "not falsified" Bible, like Islam claims – as always without any documentation*) which We (Allah*) sent - - -“. No omniscient god sent down the Quran – too many mistakes, etc. ( and science has shown that the content of the modern Bible is the same as in the first one – Islam’s claims are just that; claims.)

It is a most open question who is furthest away from the truth – Muslims or (some?) non-Muslims. It is clear from all the mistaken facts, contradictions, and other wrongs, that the Quran is not made by an omniscient god – and the inhumanities in the Quran also proves it is not made by any good or benevolent power (when someone claims and states good things, but demands and does bad ones, the demands and deeds are more reliable for judging his character, than the very cheap words). And if Islam is a made up religion, based on a made up book – what then with all the Muslims who have been denied the possibility to look for a real religion (if such one exists)? – their only hope in case is that also Hell is a fiction.

336 40/70b: (YA4447): “- - - the Book - - -.” But does the sentence here refer to the Quran or to the so-called “Mother Book” in Allah’s heaven? (or to the claimed not falsified Bible?) Unclear.

337 40/70c: "- - - (revelations) - - -". But does the Quran represent revelations? - and in case from whom, as gods are out of the question (too many mistakes, etc.)?

338 40/70d: (A40/52 - English 2008 edition A40/51): "Since, as the Quran often points out, the fundamental truths set forth in all divine revelations are the same, a rejection of the last of them (the Quran*) amounts to a rejection of all the preceding ones (the Bible*)". Both these claims are wrong. The fundamental differences between the basic thoughts and rules, ethics and moral, etc. in the Quran and in the Bible - and especially compared to NT and its New Covenant (f. x. Luke 22/20) - are so enormous, that there is a Ginnunga Gap - or Abyss - (see the Vikings' religion and geography where it represents geographically the very end of the world) between them. The gap between the Quran and NT is such that in stark contradiction to Mr. Azad's claim here, is not possible not to reject the Quran if one believes in NT - and the same goes for the Quran compared to the Mosaic religion, even though the abyss may be a little - little - less there. Muhammad was way away from the "road" of the old prophets - not in the same line at all, also this in 180 degree contradiction of Islam's never proved claim (a claim only possible to believe in for persons not knowing the Bible or believing in the disproved claim that the Bible was much falsified).

339 40/71-72: “When the yokes (shall be) round their (sinners in Hell*) necks, and the chains; they shall be dragged along – in the boiling fluid; then in the Fire they shall be burned.” Not a refined treatment, but efficient – and easy also for primitive men to understand. Daily life in Hell according to Muhammad or Allah (?). Also see 3/77b above.

340 40/72: "- - - the Fire - - -". Hell.

341 40/73: "- - - part-worship (in addition to Allah*) - - -". See 25/18a above.

342 40/74a: "In deterioration of Allah- - -". It is in deterioration of Allah only if Allah exists - and one only have Muhammad's claimed visions - perhaps based on TLE (Temporal Lobe Epilepsy) - and his not to morally strong personality. And even if Allah should happen to exist, this claim further depends on that he is reasonably correctly described in the Quran with its many mistakes, etc.

343 40/74b: "Thus does Allah leave the Unbelievers to stray". This he only can do if he exists and in addition is a god. If not their behavior is because of something else.

344 40/74c: "- - - Unbelievers - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

##345 40/75: “- - - the Truth (the Quran*) - - -”. To repeat things:

The Quran contains more than 1750 places with wrong facts. Add the ones we have overlooked (some more we have found during the work with this book will be added - perhaps 250 new ones? - 2ooo all together?) + all the other kinds of mistakes and other types of wrongs and you may have some 3000 or more places with mistakes, contradictions, etc. in one single book.

The Quran in addition contains at least 200+ “most likely“ wrong facts.

The Quran is likely to contain more mistaken facts we have not seen.

The Quran contains lots of invalid “signs” claiming to be indicating or “proving” Allah/Islam. The use of invalid arguments is the hallmark of cheats.

The Quran contains a number of invalid “proofs,” pretending to indicate or “prove” Allah/Islam. The use of invalid “signs” and “proofs” are strong hallmarks for cheats, swindlers, and deluders.

The Quran contains a huge number of claims and statements taken from thin air or resting on other invalid claims, statements, “signs”, or “proofs”. The use of such invalid arguments and cheap words is the hallmark of cheats and deceivers.

There is not one single statement, “sign” or “proof” in the Quran which really proves Allah - they without exception are logically invalid, mostly because it is not first proved that it really is Allah who is behind them. There are a few taken from the Bible that may indicate a god - not Allah, but a god. But the Bible talks about Yahweh, not about Allah (and the teachings are fundamentally so different - see 29/46 - that in spite of what the Quran and Hadith say, Allah is not the same god as the one Jesus told about - not unless he is schizophrenic.)

The Arab Quran contains more than 100 linguistic mistakes according to linguists.

The Quran is said to be pure Arabic. It contains a lot of non-Arabic words. We have seen different numbers, but perhaps 275 different words according to Arthur Jeffries (the word Quran is said to be one of them). For the story these are not serious, but they are mistakes compared to what the Quran says, and the Quran pretends to be perfect and without mistakes - sent down from an omniscient god. Islam has an explanation, though: Arabs has used the foreign words and made them Arab. A Negro does not become an Arab even if he moves to Arabia. A very practical way of making something look true only.

The Quran contains at least ca. 400 contradictions.

The Quran contains at very least 400+ places where the original Arab text is so unclear that it is impossible to be sure what is really meant.

The Quran contains lots and lots and lots of places where the text is unclear - this is openly admitted also by Muslim scholar (you will find it in any reasonably thorough book explaining Quranic texts).

The Quran at best is partly true. There are very good reasons for doubt and skepticism.

It is also told that the Quran is a copy of a revered “Mother Book” in the Heaven of Allah. This has to be wrong. An omnipotent god impossibly can have revered - not kept as a funny curiosum, but revered!! - a book with that many mistakes and contradictions, that number of loose and without value claims and statements, not to mention all the invalid “signs” and “proofs”- hallmarks of an imbecile or a cheat or deceiver. Besides: The other 124ooo+ earlier prophets (or at least many of them) according to Islam received a similar copy of the Mother Book. Pretend you were the prophets Hud or Salih living at least 2000 years before Muhammad (because Moses spoke about them according to the Quran, and he lived (?) some 2000 years before Muhammad - Hud and Salih consequently must have lived before that), or that you were one of the Indian prophets in the Americas before 1492 AD – or in the Arctic or in Australia 100 years before Botany Bay – the Quran and Islam claims that all people have had prophets. Then read the Quran and see how much you would understand and how much not – even words like cows, sheep, goats, camels, ships, coats of mail, and a number of other words – what did they mean in South America or Australia? And how much is irrelevant? – f.x. Muhammad’s family problems, all the facts and happenings relevant mostly for Arabia, etc.

Read the Quran with that in your mind – and weep.

Would a god make or revere or use copies of such a claimed timeless and unchangeable book for his prophets through all times and all over the world? – Remember we here talk about the perfect and timeless Mother Book that the Quran and all other not falsified books sent down to the prophets all over the world from Adam to Muhammad are exact copies of. This in spite of that Islam explains that the reason for new prophets and new scriptures were that time changed, so the scriptures had to be changed a little - how to change perfect copies of the one and perfect Mother Book?

346 40/76: "- - - enter ye (non-Muslims*) the gates of Hell - - -". See 3/77b above.

347 40/77a: "- - - persevere in patience - - -". An expression and a word non-Muslims should never forget is impressed and impressed on Muslims - persevere and you win in the end. t has proved true a bit too often.

348 40/77b: “- - - the Promise of Allah is true - - -“. So much is wrong in the Quran, that also this has to be proved, as there are serious reasons for doubts about whether the religion itself is true. If it is a made up book, of course “Allah’s promises” also are not true. Also remember that through all times there has not been one single proved case of a promise from Allah which has come true - yes, there is not even one single proved case where it is proved that Allah even has given a promise (if you here points to texts in the Quran, remember that a book so full of mistakes, contradiction, etc., etc., is not from any god, and thus also not from Allah if he is a god (but it is possible if he is not a god).

349 40/77c: "- - - true - - -". Similar to 40/20b above.

350 40/77d: "- - - thee (Muhammad*) - - -". A historical anomaly.

351 40/77e: "- - - (- - - Our (Allah's*) Mercy) - - -". See 1/1a above.

352 40/77f: "- - - it is to Us (Allah*) that they (people* shall (all) return (on the Day of Doom)". Often claimed in the Quran, never proved anywhere - and a similar claim you find in most religions, as claims are cheap.

353 40/77g: "- - - it is to Us (Allah*) that they (people* shall (all) return (on the Day of Doom)". Contradicted by the Bible, which says that it is Yahweh who rules that day, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

#354 40/78a: "We (Allah*) did aforetime send messengers - - -". The Quran claims that all communities all over the world through all times have been sent prophets from Allah teaching Islam. Neither science nor Islam has found any traces from any of them neither in art, architecture (f.x. mosques), archeology, religion, history, folklore, or even in fairy tales. More comments about this claim really should not be necessary.

355 40/78b: "- - - thee (Muhammad*) - - -". A historical anomaly.

#357 40/78d: "It was not (possible) for any messenger to bring a Sign except by leave of Allah - - -". Is this why Muhammad never brought a sign, not to mention a proof for Allah or for his own connection to a god? Muhammad never brought even a tiny wee bit of a corner of such a sign or proof. (Hadiths claims he did, but the Quran indirectly, but totally unmistakably proves that all those stories about miracles are made up ones - a fact Islam admits by stating that there are no miracles connected to Muhammad "except the making of the Quran".

358 40/78e: “- - - Sign - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

359 40/78f: "- - - the matter was decided in Truth - - -". In truth only if you are lucky, if the basis was the Quran with all its mistakes, etc. But there may be points in that book which is true, though hardly any of the central points. And with justice only if one do not have to use one of the unjust and/or immoral ones of the laws in sharia.

360 40/78g: "- - - the matter was decided in truth and justice". With justice only if one do not have to use one of the unjust and/or immoral ones of the laws in sharia (many of those laws are ok, but too many not).

361 40/78h: "- - - those who stood on Falsehood." One of Muhammad's many distaste inducing names for non-Muslims.

362 40/78i: "- - - Falsehoods". In this and many other connections: Anything not in agreement with the Quran, no matter whether it is true or not.

363 40/79: "It is Allah Who made cattle for you - - -". Typical the Quran - claim glory for Allah, but never able to prove even a comma of the claims. Invalid as indication or proof for Allah. Also see 11/7a above.

364 40/80: "- - - and on them (cattle*) and on ships ye are carried". This must mean that you can ride on some animals and on ships.

365 40/81a: “- - - His Signs - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

366 40/81b: "- - - which of the Signs of Allah will ye (people*) deny". As there is not one single valid sign (Quran-speak for proof) for Allah anywhere, there is not one to deny. As for the wrongly claimed "signs", the laws of logic deny them all (there never is proved that Allah really is behind the claimed signs - Quran-speak for "proofs for Allah" - and then the logic is gone and the claimed sign invalid - and more than invalid as a proof for a deity, because who is it who uses invalid proofs and fast talk? - the cheat, the deceiver, and the swindler.

367 40/81c: “- - - the Signs - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39b above.

*368 40/82a: “Do they not travel through the earth and see what was the End of those before them?” In and around Arabia there were - and are - scattered ruins. Muhammad told they were all remains of people punished by Allah for sins (and for good measure they were stronger than Muhammad’s contemporary Arabs). Believe it who wants - but contact a professor of history or a psychologist if you do. Similar claims at least in 3/137 – 6/11 – 7/4 – 9/70 -16/36 - 21/6 - 40/21.

A sweet and naive story: Also in Pakistan there are ruins. The authorities debated in 2010 to repair some of them to attract tourists. Local Muslims instead proposed to put placards on them, telling that this was how Allah punished non-Muslims and sinners(!!)

369 40/82b: "They (the destroyed people of the old*) were more numerous than these (Arabs at the time of Muhammad*), and superior in strength - - -". If you read the Quran, you will see that mostly when Muhammad tells that Allah destroyed people of the far past, they were strong and mighty ones. That made Allah more impressive.

370 40/83a: "For with their (people of the older times*) messengers - - -". Muhammad and the Quran claims that all people to all times and all over the world have gotten messengers and prophets to teach them about Allah - Hadiths mention the number 124ooo, and there even may have been more. Neither science nor Islam has ever found the smallest trace from such teaching before 610 AD except among the Jews, and there the god was Yahweh, not Allah, and the teaching in reality quite different. As not even Islam has found clear such traces, you are free to believe whatever you want.

371 40/83b: “- - - Clear Signs - - -“. See 2/39b or 2/99 above.

372 40/83c: "- - - Knowledge - - -". As you understand from this verse, knowledge counted little, as long as it was not about the Quran and Islam. Also see 26/83a above.

373 40/84a: "- - - Our (Allah's*) Punishment - - -". See 3/77b above.

374 40/84b: "- - - Allah - the One God - - -". See 2/255a, 2/165c, 6/106b and 25/18a above.

375 40/84c: "- - - the partners (other gods*) we (non-Muslims*) used to join with Him (Allah*)". See 25/18a above.

376 40/85a: “But their (sinners*) professing the faith when they (actually) saw Our (Allah’s) Punishment was not going to profit them.” To avoid Hell you have to regret - and preferably make amends for – your sins in time, and in good time before you die.

377 40/85b: "- - - the faith - - -". Islam.

378 40/85c: "(Such has been) Allah's way of dealing with His servants (from the most ancient times)". Neither science, nor Islam has ever been able to find traces from a religion like Islam older than 610 AD when Muhammad started his religion. The one similar monotheistic religion is the one of the Jews - which is older than 610 AD - but that is about Yahweh, not Allah (and in spite of Muhammad's never proved claims, those religions are too different; those two gods are not the same god. This is even clearer as science has proved that also another Islamic claim is wrong: The Bible is not falsified. (Also Islam loudly has proved this, by never finding one single proof for their claims).

379 40/85d: "- - - His (Allah's*) servants - - -". In the claimed very clear and impossible to understand language in the Quran, this expression can have 3 - 4 different meanings. In this case it seems to mean "all humanity".

380 40/85e: "And even thus did the rejecters of Allah perish (utterly)". Often claimed, never proved - and loose claims are very cheap.

381 40/85f: "- - - rejecters of Allah - - -". One of Muhammad's many negative names for non-Muslims.

Surah 40: Sub-total: 381 + 15.593 = 15.974 comments.

(A6/92 - English 2008 edition A6/93): "- - - it is in the nature of man to regard the beliefs which have been implanted in him(!) from his childhood, and which he now shares with his social environment, as the only true and possible one - - -". He forgot(?) to mention that this also goes for Muslims.

10/32: "- - - apart from the Truth, what (remains) but error?"

000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

#####8/69a-d: "- - - lawful and good - - -". If these words and the context they are taken from ("- - - enjoy what (loot, slaves, and women* + destruction and murder) ye took in war (normally of aggression*), lawful and good - - -") were all you knew about the Quran and Islam, this alone would be enough to remove them from the civilized world, and transfer it to the dark, harsh, and inhuman Medieval ages or earlier. This even more so as this is not "abrogated" (made invalid) by today's Islam, but on the contrary are preached many places all over even today in some Islamic fora and groups and countries. (And even practiced during armed conflicts - Bangladesh, East Timor, East Africa, and Indonesia a "short" time ago. Low intensity active in f.x. Indonesian New Guinea and parts of Africa even now (2010).)

Just remember that most Muslims are ok. Only a minority is militant - 1-2% according to Muslims (but 2% of 1.2 billion = 24 million). Then according to international science some 30% (= some 360 million) are willing to help the militants actively or with money, or at least "understand" them. The rest - the majority - are ok. (But our problem is to know who is who.)

But what is absolutely sure, is that apologists telling that "there are verses in the Quran which can be misused by terrorists", are talking nonsense. According to the Quran it is very clear it is the peaceful Muslims who are not good Muslims, and the activists who are laudable and obeying Muhammad and Allah.

000000000000000000000000000000000000000

From 6/149a: "You meet this lack of moral backbone and the ability in Islam and in Muslims to overlook or explain away even the strongest facts, at every point in the Quran where there are mistakes, contradictions or other proofs for that something is wrong in the Quran, and thus with Muhammad and with his religion - proofs they are unable to face for that Islam as told in the Quran is not a religion, but a superstition".

"Religious 'knowledge' nearly always in reality only is belief - often strong belief, but only belief". (In Islam exactly nothing of any consequence is proved - on the contrary: Much is proved wrong and thus that it is from no omniscient god.)

A world dominated by Islam is quite possible - Islam is expanding. Will it end up like North Pakistan or Afghanistan or like Saudi Arabia without oil - or somewhere in between? - and this because of a religion which itself proves that something is seriously wrong with its teaching, and also that there is no god behind its "holy" book (no omniscient god makes mistakes), and thus not behind the religion.

A nice future for our grandchildren?

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Surah 6 is a bit hard upon the wishful thinking of Muslims:

In 6/50 Muhammad confirms he cannot see what is hidden - the future - killing all the claimed miracles claimed made by Muhammad concerning seeing what was hidden, and indirectly also documenting he was no prophet - not knowing the future = unable to make prophesies, and a person unable to make prophesies is no prophet. (F. ex. 5. Mos. 18/21 - in the same speech of Moses where Islam claims Moses foresees Muhammad when talking about "a prophet like me" - quite an irony when 18/21 indirectly, but clearly tells Muhammad was not even a prophet - he only "borrowed that impressive and imposing title. (And among many others 18/2 tells Moses was speaking about Jewish "brothers" - Islam has cherry-picked and twisted 18/15 and 18/18 in an al-Taqiyya.)

Also connected to 6/50;(A.6/39): "This denial on the part of the Prophet (Muhammad*) of any claim to supernatural power - - -". This states that Islam admits Muhammad had no supernatural power at all = absolutely no prophet.

Then 6/91c: "Who then sent down the Book which Moses brought?" This is intended as a rhetoric question with only one possible answer: The god. But as Moses did not get any book(s) both according to the Bible and according to science, this try to make up a "proof" for that Allah might have sent down the Quran, was a total miss. Any god had known this and not made such a flop. Then who made the Quran?

In connection with 6/106 (6/106b) Allah's very existence is doubted.

In connection with 6/108 "The Message of the Quran" (comment6/93) explains "- - - it is in the nature of man to regard the beliefs which have been implanted in him from childhood, and which he now shares with his social environment, as the only true and possible ones" - which explains in details why Muslims believe in spite of all facts proving something is seriously wrong with the religion.

In connection with 6/148 (comment 6/141 in the same book) Islam has to admit that the claim that Allah decides everything - predestination - is impossible to combine with the claimed free will for man (and without free will it is morally wrong to punish man for sins) - but "it all the same must be true, because Allah says so (in the Quran*)" the ultimate defeat for brain against blind belief.

And in 6/151 may be the most well-known of the mistakes in the Quran accepted by Islam to be a mistake: "You are prohibited from - - - being good to your parents" (well, may be "Mary, sister of Aaron" is even more well-known, but that one is frequently tried explained away).
