1000+ Claims in the Quran - Invalid Unless Proven, Surah 79

SURAH 79: AN-NAZI'AT (Those Who Tear Out)

(Mecca, 620-622 AD)

001  "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful". Please read the surahs from Medina, the immoral parts of the Muslim moral code, the unjust/immoral parts of sharia, and the Quran's rules for lying, thieving/looting, enslaving, raids and wars, plus the rules for treatment of girls and women - free and captives - and see if you agree. Always when there is a distance between words and corresponding demands and deeds, we personally believe in the demands and deeds. Glorious words are cheap, demands and deeds are reliable. Glorifying words and claims are too cheap for anyone to use and disuse - when you read, judge from realities, not from propaganda.

002 79/1b: "By the (angels) - - -". That Allah is swearing is one of the proofs for that Yahweh and he are not the same god, not to mention Jesus and Muhammad not in the same religion. According to the Bible, one shall not swear at all (Matt. 5/34). And if you do so all the same, you are bound by your oath, whereas Allah does not care very much (f.x. 34/3f above) except if you break a serious oath, then you should pay expiation afterwards. Not the same moral code and thus not the same religion at all = Yahweh and Allah not the same god unless he is strongly schizophrenic - and Jesus and Muhammad not in the same religion.

003 79/1d: "- - - (- - - wicked) - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

004 79/5: "- - - (the Commands of their (Muslims*) Lord (Allah*) - - -". But as the Quran is not from a god, it is a very open question from whom the commands come - something or someone pretending to be a god? - an illness like TLE (Temporal Lobe Epilepsy)? - or humans, perhaps even from Muhammad himself?

005 79/10-11: "What! Shall we (humans*) indeed be returned to our former state? - What - when we shall have become rotten bones?" Muhammad claimed people would be resurrected to the claimed next life in body, mot only in soul, (though as young adults). This was - and still is - a bit difficult to believe, especially as it is so meaningless - resurrection to a next life as free souls could be much more exciting than still being bound to a cumbersome physical body. On the other hand Muhammad was forced to claim resurrection in body, because except for relative closeness to Allah and peace, all which his paradise has to offer, is physical luxury and bodily pleasure - nothing else. To enjoy that you have to have a body.

006 79/13: "- - - verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See f.x. 2/2b and 61/4a above.

007 79/17a: "- - - Pharaoh - - -". Always when the Quran talks about a Pharaoh, it is about the opponent of Moses, Pharaoh Ramses II . There are two exceptions only, and only indirectly: Connected to Joseph and to the baby Moses who was picked up from the Nile by the wife of Pharaoh (in the Bible by his daughter - 2. Mos. 2/6). As according to the Bible this happened some 80 years before the Exodus, this pharaoh has got to be an earlier one. We may add that as we know Ramses II did not drown, it is normal for Islam/Muslim scholars to claim it was an earlier, but not specified pharaoh where we do not know the cause of his death. But science is in no doubt: If exodus took place, it was around 1235 BC = during the reign of Ramses II.

To complete the picture: There are a few scientists who believe Exodus happened - if it happened - not during the reign of Ramses II, but during the reign of his son and successor, Merneptah (also spelled Meremptah), but in that case Exodus happened even later than 1235 BC, and not earlier like Islam and Muslims want it to have happened (to place it under a pharaoh we do not know how died, and thus may have drowned - Merneptah ruled from 1223 BC to 1203 BC, and he did not drown).

008 79/18b: "- - - (- - -sin) - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code. We also may mention that just this word often covers very different deeds, acts, words, and thoughts in the Quran and Islam, than in more normal religions (Islam is a religion of war - in spite of its loud slogans), not to mention how much its meaning in the Quran often differs from the basic of all human moral; "do against others like you want others do against you". Read the surahs from Medina and weep.

One small remark: As Yahweh's religion and f.x. moral code at many points are totally different from Allah's, you may qualify for Yahweh's Paradise even if Muslims condemn you to Hell - if both exist. One more of the 100% proofs for that Yahweh and Allah are not the same god.

009 79/19: "And that I (Moses*) guide thee (Pharaoh Ramses II*) to thy Lord (Allah*) - - -". This is not from the Bible - in the Bible Moses only tried to make Ramses II to "let my people go", not also to make him change religion. Also see 79/16 and 79/18a above.

010 79/21b: "- - - (guidance) - - -". The Quran indicates that Moses was a good Muslim, and that he had a book - a copy of the claimed and timeless "Mother Book" = similar to the Quran. Not much reliable guidance for Ramses II in such a book.

011 79/22: "- - - (Ramses II was) striving hard (against Allah)". According to the Bible, the involved god was Yahweh, not Allah.

012 79/24a: “(Pharaoh Ramses II*) Saying: ‘I am your Lord (in this connection: Your god*), most High’”. The pharaoh was not the “most high” god in the old Egypt. See 28/38a above.

013 79/24b: “(Pharaoh Ramses II*) Saying: ‘I am your Lord (in this connection: Your god*), most High’”. See 71/7b above.

The Quran here is contradicting reality. One knows the name of more than 2ooo gods (though some may be another name for the same god) from old Egypt. The names of pharaohs normally are not even included in such name lists, not to mention being top gods. They were not separate gods.

##On the other hand more or less all the early pharaohs were reckoned to be incarnations of the falcon god Horus. During the 5. dynasty (2494 - 2345 BC) this changed to an incarnation of the sun god Ra - and even later the god Amun coalesced with Ra and the pharaohs incarnations of Ra-Amun (or Amun-Ra). But not an incarnation of the after all most essential god Ptah, and never - with a kind of exception for Pharaoh Aknaton (who mainly accepted only the sun god - then named Aton) - an only god, like the pharaoh says in the Quran.

014 79/25: “But Allah did punish him (Pharaoh Ramses II*) - - -”. Wrong at least as for in this life. We know from other places in the Quran that the punishment is said to be drowning. But for one thing Ramses II did not die by drowning, and for another thing: He only died years later (around 1223 BC - Exodus was around 1235 BG according to science).

015 79/26a: "Verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See f.x. 2/2b and 61/4a above.

016 79/27a: "Are ye (humans*) the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)?" That is quite possible. The stars means enormous quantities, but of elementary stuff. Life - and even more so intelligent life - is qualitative something entirely different. According to what modern science believe, it just took a minute to create the elements - or 300ooo years for it to reach its non-ionized form. But from the creation of Earth till the first primitive life it took half a billion years or more (numbers vary from 300 million to 1 billion years), and from the creation of Earth till intelligent life nearly 4.567 billion years - give or take a little depending on your definition of "intelligent life" (even today some ones question if humans really are intelligent - man does not always behave intelligently - - - f.x. by believing in a book full of mistakes, or making too many children for the Earth to feed.)

017 79/28: “On high hath He (Allah*) raised its (heaven’s*) canopy - - -”. Heaven is no canopy. See 67/3a. 67/3b, 67/5a and 67/5b.

Oxford Student's Dictionary of English: "Canopy - a cover that hangs or spreads above something". Empty space is no cover = there is no canopy up there.

Another point is that the firmament as such - the universe - does not have night or day, something any god had known.

018 79/29: "Its (the firmament's?*) night doth He (Allah*) endow with darkness, and its splendor He bringeth out (with light (the stars and the moon*))". See 11/7a above.

Another point is that the firmament as such - the universe - does not have night or day, something any god had known.

019 79/31: "He (Allah*) draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture - - -". See 11/7a above.

020 79/32: "And the mountains hath He (Allah*) firmly fixed". See 11/7a above. Unless Islam proves differently, it is done by nature.

021 79/32-33: "And the mountains hath He (Allah*) firmly fixed; for the use and convenience to you and your cattle". To believe this is the reason why the mountains were made, you have to be quite naive and un-educated.

022 79/39: "The Abode (for non-Muslims*) will be Hell-fire". See 3/77b above.

###Also the big differences between the Bible's and the Quran's hells are more than big and fundamental enough to prove that Yahweh and Allah are not the same god - if they had been, also their hells had been more or less identical.

023 79/40b: "- - - and had restrained (their) soul from lower Desires". - like stealing/robbing in the name of Allah? - like raping in the name of Allah? - like making fellow humans slaves in the name of Allah? - like suppressing them in the name of Allah? - like destroying their lives in the name of Allah? - like torturing them in the name of Allah (f.x. skinning alive, burning alive, burying alive) - like murdering them in the name of Allah (often in sadistic ways)?

024 79/41a: "Their (Muslims'*) abode will be the Garden". If Allah exists and is a god - ad if the Quran has told the full truth and only the truth.

025 79/42b: "- - - its appointed time - - -". Allah predestine everything according to his unchangeable Plan - included the Day of Doom.

026 79/44: "With thy (Muslims'/Muhammad’s*) Lord (Allah*) is the Limit fixed therefore". Allah decides and predestines absolutely everything according to the Quran.

027 79/45c: “Thou (Muhammad*) art but a Warner - - -.” And he stayed like that until he grew powerful enough to do more than warning – f.x. enforcing and empire-building. And it is a question who changed his mind around 622 AD – Allah or Muhammad? And who changed the religion – Allah or Muhammad? That change demanded that the religion from the 13 years in Mecca had to be both contradicted and abrogated on many a point. This verse is abrogated – made invalid - by at least these verses: 2/191, 2/193, 3/38, 3/85, 3/148, 4/90, 5/33, 5/72, 8/12, 8/38, 8/38-39 (the warning), 8/39, 8/60, 9/3, 9/5, 9/14, 9/23, 9/29, 9/33, 9/73, 9/123, 25/36, 25/52, 33/61, 33/73, 35/36, 47/4, 66/9. This includes many bloody threats, but also verses advising or permitting political, social, economical, etc. compulsion (with the sword in the background if you protest) – we mention a few here: 3/28, 3/85, 3/148, 4/81, 5/72, 5/73, 9/23, 14/7, 15/3, 33/73, 35/36. They are all quoted under 2/256. (At least 28 abrogations).

8975 + 27 = 9002 remarks.

Not formed like questions for proofs, but what needs to be proved normally easy to see all the same. And: References you do not find here, go to "1000+ Comments on the Quran".
