1000+ Claims in the Quran - Invalid Unless Proven, Surah 68

SURAH 68: AL-QALAM (The Pen)

(Mecca, 611 - 614 AD)

001  "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful". Please read the surahs from Medina, the immoral parts of the Muslim moral code, the unjust/immoral parts of sharia, and the Quran's rules for lying, thieving/looting, enslaving, raids and wars, plus the rules for treatment of girls and women - free and captives - and see if you agree. Always when there is a distance between words and corresponding demands and deeds, we personally believe in the demands and deeds. Glorious words are cheap, demands and deeds are reliable. Glorifying words and claims are too cheap for anyone to use and disuse - when you read, judge from realities, not from propaganda.

002 68/2b: "Thou (Muhammad*) art not - - - mad or possessed". Perhaps and perhaps not - modern medical science suspects TLE - Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. TLE fits his symptoms very well, and would also explain his religious experiences or perhaps hallucinations. And in the old times they often believed that one who had a mental illness, was possessed by a bad spirit.

003 68/2c: "Thou (Muhammad*) art not - - - mad or possessed". This is what Muhammad's contemporaries suspected - and they aired their suspicion. As you see in 68/2b just about, there is a good chance they were right.

004 68/3a: "- - - verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See f.x. 61/4a above.

######005 68/4b: “And thou (Muhammad*) (standest) on an exalted standard of character - - -”. Well:

Seen in the Quran and the Hadiths:

Lots of mistaken facts, and other mistakes. Not typical for an omniscient god, but sometimes for cheaters, deceivers and swindlers.

Lots of invalid arguments - hallmarks for cheaters and deceivers.

Lots of "signs" - all invalid as proofs for Allah or for Muhammad's connection to a god.

A number of "proofs" - all invalid as proofs for Allah or for Muhammad's connection to a god. A few of the "proofs" even are scientifically wrong. Hallmarks for cheats, swindlers, and deceivers.

A man gluing himself to his god and his religion – his platform of power.

A self proclaimed prophet who in reality was no prophet – he had not the gift of prophesying. Muhammad did not even pretend or claim to have that gift, he just “borrowed” the distinguished and imposing title. (A few things he said, came true, but less than the probability of sheer chance should predict – and they were not given as prophesies.) A messenger, ok – for someone or something or for himself – an apostle for the same, ok. But a person who does not have the gift of prophesying, is not a real prophet - Muhammad just “borrowed” an imposing title. Islam also claims that messenger is a more distinguished title prophet – but that title just means “one who is not implicated, but just brings messages from one or more to one or more others” - a messenger boy. He does not even have to understand what things really are about. Besides: Why did Muhammad borrow the title “prophet” if the title “messenger” had been more distinguished? – simply because a prophet is something more: Messages like a messenger + prophesies - - - if it is a real prophet. Also beware that the original title for prophets was "a seer" - one who saw the unseen or the future (f.x. Amos 7/12, 1. Chr.26/28, 29/29, 2. Chr.16/7, 16/10, 19/2, 29/25, Micha 3/7, 1. Sam. 9/9, 9/11, 9/18, 9/19). It is very clear that Muhammad was unable to see the unseen - - - but "prophet" was a very tempting title.(Muhammad also used the title prophet relatively seldom in the Quran - perhaps he did not want to invite to questions.)

A messenger being the chief of highwaymen from Yathrib/Medina - even in holy months.

A messenger also living from extortion - (money for men kidnapped from f.x. caravans or raided villages and towns).

A messenger whose due was 100% of the robbed things if the victim gave in without a fight (albeit not all for personal use).

A messenger permitting to take “spoils of war” - and 20% for him (albeit not all for himself).

A messenger permitting to take slaves - and 20% for him (albeit not all for personal use).

A messenger who received ca. 2.5% (from 0% to 10 %) of what you owned each and every year (if you were not too poor) – for the poor, but also for war and for “gifts” (bribes) to keep or attract followers, etc.

A messenger using betrayal (f.x. promise of safe return of a 30 strong delegation from Khaybar broken and 29 of them murdered, and his slogan "war is betrayal" and "war is deceit").

A messenger accepting and using dishonesty as working tools - what about his reliability?

A messenger lying even in the claimed holy Quran - what about his reliability?

a messenger accepting even disuse of words/promises/oaths (2/225, 5/89, 16/91, 66/2.

A messenger with special agreement with the god for having many women.

A messenger teaching hate against and suppression of non-followers.

A messenger teaching and inciting war against non-followers.

A messenger personally raping female prisoners/slaves.

A messenger liking a sizable harem.

A messenger who married a 6 year old girl and started sex with her when she was 9 (and he approaching 60).

A messenger who married a rich widow 15 years his senior, but his other wives 20 to 36 years younger than him - the child Aisha even more.

A messenger who had the child Aishah as his favorite wife for the rest of his life.

A messenger and his men - all with permission from their god to rape any female prisoner or slave who was not pregnant. It was “lawful and good”.

A messenger who initiated assassinations of opponents.

A messenger who initiated murders on opponents.

A messenger who initiated mass murder.

A messenger teaching suppression of women and non-followers.

A messenger with lust for power (easy to see from f.x. Hadith, but even more so from f.x. the way he glues himself to his platform of power, his god, also in the Quran).

A messenger with a huge appetite for women - one knows the name of 36 he had sex with. 11 long time wives, 16 short time wives (never mentioned by Muslims), 2 concubines, and 7 one do not know if he was married to or not (never mentioned by Muslims). He also was a rapist - he raped at least Rayhana bint Amr and Safiyya bint Huayay, and also Marieh had no free choice. We do not know if he raped other captives or slaves.

And not least: All this is from Muslim sources - what Islam itself tells about him, though in more glossy words. There is no excuse for becoming angry, because it is 100% true according to Islam itself.

Yes, many will call this “an exalted standard of character”. But not many of those would be non-Muslims. And how many of the Muslims can say it and feel honest?

"Do against others like you want others do against you".

If Muhammad was an excellent idol for good Muslims, we hope never to meet a bad Muslim.

006 68/7a: "Verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See 2/2b above.

007 68/7b: "Verily, it is your (peoples'*) Lord (Allah*) that knoweth best, which (among men) hath strayed from His Path". Why then does he have to test everybody to find out?

008 68/7c: "- - - His (Allah's*) Path - - -". The claimed road to Allah and his Paradise. Also see 10/9f above.

009 68/7d: "- - - He (Allah*) knoweth best those who receive (true) Guidance". Why then does he have to test them by sending them to war, etc. to kill, murder, be killed, etc.?

010 68/7f: "- - - (true) Guidance". His(?) guidebook is the Quran, and there is not much real guidance - not to mention true guidance - in a book full of mistakes, etc., a partly immoral moral code, etc., and a book which itself proves it is not from a god by means of all its errors, etc./p>

011 68/8d: "- - - (the Truth (the Quran*))”. That the Quran is the truth, is just a claim, not a proved fact. See 13/1g and 40/75 above.

012 68/10c: "- - - despicable men - ready with oaths - - -". An ironic complaint - ironic because Islam is the only of the large religions which officially permits dishonesty, lies, deceit, and broken oaths, etc. in many connections - for a broken oat the only reason you need, is that it will give a better result to break your oath than to keep it - well, in some cases you will have to pay expiation to Allah afterwards (like the worst excesses by the Roman catholic Church during the darkest Middle Age - and it was and is official Islamic religion in the Quran then, today and forever, as the Quran is unchangeable.

It also tells something about Muhammad's, Islam's, and Muslims' moral code that they know Islam and the Quran permits disuse and breaking of oaths, and all the same slander others for using oaths.

013 68/11: "(A non-Muslim is*) A slanderer, going about without calumnies - - -". See 68/10b and 68/10c above. One of Muhammad’s many negative names for non-Muslims. (Irony: Many of those names, and also many of Muhammad's comments about non-Muslims, are slander.)

##014 68/12aa: "(Non-Muslims*) are (Habitually hindering (all) good - - -". A small piece of irony here, is that nearly all the big international NGOs are started and run from the West (in the wide meaning of that word), that at least in Scandinavia it is said that Muslims give measurably less than others to help or relief organizations (an exception may be organizations working explicitly or mainly among Muslims), that termination of slavery started and was forced through by the West, etc. Even when the victims are Muslim, it happens that the West gives more help than even the rich oil Muslim states, not to mention the medium rich Muslim states. (Who f.x. definitely gave most "pro pers" after the Sumatra tsunami, where most victims were Muslims? The mainly Christian Norway. Also f.x. USA was heavy on the helping team.

015 68/12b: "- - - good - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

16 68/12d: "- - - transgressing - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses this and related words, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code, and used in religious connection, it means everything/-one not in accordance with the Quran, or at least what and who wish/who are opposing the Quran/Islam.

017 68/12f: "- - - sin - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code. We also may mention that just this word often covers very different deeds, acts, words, and thoughts in the Quran and Islam, than in more normal religions (Islam is a religion of war - in spite of its loud slogans), not to mention how much its meaning in the Quran often differs from the basic of all human moral; "do against others like you want others do against you". Read the surahs from Medina and weep.

One small remark: As Yahweh's religion and f.x. moral code at many points are totally different from Allah's, you may qualify for Yahweh's Paradise even if Muslims condemn you to Hell - if both exist. One more of the 100% proofs for that Yahweh and Allah are not the same god.

018 68/15a: “- - - Our (Allah’s*) Signs - - -.” Invalid as proof for Allah. See 2/39 above.

019 68/15b: "Tales of the Ancients!" This was very true. Nearly none of the tales Muhammad told, were new ones. Practically everything was taken from old tales, legends, folklore and even fairy tales - just twisted a little to make them fit Muhammad's new religion. Like Peer Gynt and his tales - or Baron von Münchausen.

020 68/17a: "Verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See 61/4a above.

021 68/17b: "Verily, We (Allah*) have tried them as We tried the People of the Garden - - -". But why does an omniscient god need to try people? - where is the logic?

022 68/25: "- - - (unjust) - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

023 68/26a: "- - - they (some workers*) said: 'We have surely - - -'". See 62/11c above.

024 68/26b: "- - - more just - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses expressions like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code, partly unjust judicial code, etc.

025 68/28a: "Why not glorify (Allah)?". According to 68/18-28 you absolutely should do - not necessarily because you love him and wants to do so, but because Allah wants/demands it and may grow mean if you do not humor him.

026 68/28b: "Why not glorify (Allah)?". Read 1/1a above - does he deserve it? Besides: If he does not exist, it does not have any effect - it in case is a joke.

##027 68/28c: "Why not glorify (Allah)?". (A68/14): "This is obviously a reference to their (non-Muslims'*) failure to realize that nothing can come about unless the Almighty (Allah*) so wills". We include this as a sample of modern Islam's point of view on Allah deciding everything - he predestines absolutely everything according to the Quran even today - contra the Quran's and Islam's claims about man's free will (or partly free will as some Muslims try to explain away the impossibility with - but if Allah decides everything, "partly free will" is as meaningless as "free will"). As you see also modern Islam claims that Allah decides everything - - - but also tries to explain that all the same man has free will, even if they admits it is impossible to understand how it can be combined with full predestination by Allah (see A6/141 - comment to verse 6/149 above). To combine full predestination for Allah with even a little free will for man, is impossibility. Worse: To combine even a part of 1% free will for man with full predestination for Allah, also is an impossibility - the laws of chaos quickly sees to that.

028 68/29b: "Verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See 2/2b and 61/4a above.

029 68/29c: "- - - doing wrong - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses expressions like this, it is meant in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

030 68/31c: "- - - transgressed - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses this and related words, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code and code of conduct, and when it is used in religious connection, it means anyone not Muslim, or at least anyone opposing Muhammad and/or Islam.

031 68/33a: "Such is the Punishment (in this life) - - -". But it is thought-provoking that only Muslims or people living close to Muslims and in Arabia were reported(?) in the Quran to be punished in such ways for such a sin (68/18-28), whereas more distant non-Muslims not. Was Allah not a god for the whole world, and the "Mother Book" not a timeless book covering all the times and all the world?

032 68/33c: "- - - if they (non-Muslims*) only knew!" But that is just what at least some of them did and do: Knew and know that something was and is seriously wrong when a religion is built on only a book full of mistakes, etc. and not from a god.

033 68/34a: "Verily - - -". It definitely is no proved verity/truth. See 22b and 61/4a above.

034 68/34c: "- - - Righteous - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses expressions like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

035 68/34d: "- - - Gardens of Delight - - -". The Quran's and Islam's Paradise - see 10/9f above.

036 68/34e: "- - - (in Paradise Muslims are*) in the Presence of their Lord (Allah)". This is the only pleasure in Muhammad's Paradise which is not a bodily one - perhaps in addition to peace and quiet and the closeness of the family. Everything else is for the body: Good food, good things to drink, good clothes, good houses, pleasant weather, etc. Oh, there may be a little vainglory, too: Sitting on glorious thrones in long rows - miles and miles and miles of them (but some of the royal superiority complex gets bleached when everybody else - by the millions - are kings, too, all without underlings, except some their wives and houris and a few servants (and the women do not even have such underlings - but so what, as Islam is a men's and warriors' religion?)

And as for presence to Allah: If normally good Muslims ends up in the lower heaven out of 7, and Hadiths tells there are may be 100 years travel between each heaven, the "presence" is not very close - yes not even Muhammad and the 7th heaven is very close.

037 68/35a: "- - - the People of Faith - - -". Muslims. (But what kind of faith as all the errors in the Quran prove the book is not from any god? - not to mentioned if it is from a camouflaged member of the dark forces, like pars of f.x. the Quran's moral code may indicate?)

038 68/35c: "- - - Sin - - -".

######039 68/35+36: “Shall We (Allah*) treat the people of Faith like the People of Sin? What is the matter with you? How judge you?” Yes, “how judge ye” to believe non-Muslims can be of as good quality humans as Muslims? - shall Muslims and non-Muslims be treated similar?! (But to be down-to-earth: These two verses tell something sinister about the Quran and thus about Muhammad and about Islam. No comments necessary.)

040 68/39a: "- - - have ye (non-Muslims*) a Covenant with Us (Allah*) - - -". If Allah does not exist, a covenant has no meaning - better is a covenant with an existing god (if one exists). If Allah is a camouflaged something from dark forces, like parts of the Quran may indicate, one is better off without such a covenant. If he exists and is a god: Do Muslims have a covenant with him? - there only are claims for this in a very unreliable book. Besides living according to the Quran, Muslims do not live according to the teachings of a good and benevolent god - they are living according to a made up book from(?) a real or made up god of war.

It also is a fact that according to the Bible Yahweh has a covenant with his followers (f.x. 22/20)

##041 68/39b: "- - - Covenant with Us (Allah*) on oath - - -". What is really an oath worth in Islam and for Muslims, as oaths can be broken - pay expiation if necessary? (2/225, 5/69, 16/91, 66/2)

042 68/42b: "- - - they (non-Muslims*) shall be summoned (by Allah*) - - -". Only possible if Allah exists and is something supernatural. + Contradicted by the Bible, which says Yahweh rules at the Day of Doom, not Allah. Also see 67/9c below - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words, like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

043 68/44aa: "- - - this Message (the Quran*) - - -". Was the Quran really a message? - and as no god would deliver a book of that quality: In case from whom?

044 68/44b: "- - - by degree We (Allah*) shall punish them (non-Muslims*) - - -". See 3/77b above. Black irony: See first 68/43 above, and then 68/45c below.

045 68/45b: "- - - truly - - -". Definitely not a proved truth - only a not proved claim. See 61/4a above.

046 68/45c: "- - - My (Allah's*) Plan". A reference to Allah's Master Plan where everything is decided, and where nobody can change even the smallest detail - unless also that is in accordance with Allah's Plan.

047 68/46a: "- - - or is it that thou (Muhammad*) dost ask them (Muslims*) for a reward - - -". Muhammad claimed he demanded nothing from his followers - only 2.5% (to be exact 0 - 10%, but average 2.5%) of everything you owned - not of income, but of what you own - each year (called zakat or "poor tax", but only parts of it ended with the poor) + 20% of everything which was stolen/looted + 20% of all slaves taken + 100% of everything stolen and 100% of all slaves if the victim gave in without a fight + extra gifts from the followers + tax from the non-Muslims (jizya + perhaps land tax 50%). There was no maximum on the jizya, and the result was that at times and places Muhammad's successors set it so high, that the non-Muslims were unable to pay, and had to flee the country. So Muhammad really did not ask for a reward, yes.

On top of this his warriors sometimes did not even get their full share of the loot after a raid - so much so, that there was not a little grumbling because of it sometimes. (Muhammad used it as bribes to get new recruits or secure undecided ones, instead of paying his veteran warriors in full sometimes.)

048 68/48b: "- - - the Companion of the Fish - - -". Jonah. For readers not knowing the Bible: Jonah run away to the sea from his duty as a prophet/seer for Yahweh. Yahweh sent a terrible weather threatening to sink the ship he was on board, and he was thrown overboard. Yahweh made a big fish swallow him, but throw him up at a shore 3 days later, when Jonah had agreed to go to Nineveh - the capital of Assyria - to preach. We may add that also here the Quran is contradicted by the Bible, which says that Jonah's god was Yahweh, not Allah. Also see 67/9c above - a strong one. But of course it is ok for Islam to prove - prove - the Bible wrong and the Quran right. But as we say: Prove, not just loose claims and as loose and invalid words like the Quran always use instead of proofs.

Quite another thing is that there is no fish swallowing so big whole pieces of food as a grown man. (This includes f.x. the Orca - the Killer Whale - which also is no fish, but an animal.) Also there would be no oxygen for Jonah + the stomach juices in the fish would have killed him long before 3 days.)

049 68/49a: “Had not Grace from his (Jonah’s*) Lord (Allah - though Yahweh according to the Bible*) reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on a naked shore, in disgrace.” Contradiction:

37/45: “But We (Allah*) cast him (Jonah*) forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness.” An exactly 180 degree contradiction.

050 68/50a: "- - - the Righteous - - -". Muslim. According to the Quran Jonah of course was a Muslim.

051 68/50b: "- - - Righteous - - -". Beware that when the Quran uses words like this, it is in accordance with its own partly immoral moral code.

052 68/51b: "- - - the Message (the Quran*) - - -". Was it really a message? - and in case from whom, as no god was involved in a book of a quality like the Quran?

053 68/51e: "Surely - - -". See 2/2b above.

054 68/51f: "Surely he (Muhammad*) is possessed!" They may have been right, if he had f.x. TLE (Temporal Lobe Epilepsy), like modern medical science suspects, because at that time one often believed that someone with a mental disease was possessed by a bad spirit. At least they had knowledge and intelligence enough to see that something was wrong.

#055 68/52a: "- - - a Message to all the worlds". This hardly was true when this surah was published sometime around 611 - 614 AD, but the words may have been strengthened later. But the real weak point here is that the Quran, and thus its message, is not from a god - too much is wrong in the book. Another weak spot is that the book is written for people living in dry, hot areas - it seems that was what Allah(?) knew something about, and little about the rest of the world. Read the Quran, and you will find stuff from only 2 - 3% of the world (Arabia and its surroundings), and this from a god claiming to be the god for the entire world, sending a book for the entire world, and a god knowing everything about the entire world and more.

056 68/52b: "- - - a Message (the Quran*) - - -". But was it really a message? - and in case from whom, as no god was involved in a book that full of errors, etc?

057 68/52c: “- - - all the Worlds.” Once more a reference to the 7 (flat) worlds of Muhammad. Wrong. See 65/12b above. (Though in just this case the expression may refer to "all the people in the world" - but see 68/52a just above.)

8497 + 57 = 8554 remarks.
